Thank you so much... I have to say this helps so much. I'm having so many memories of my wife who passed away and this is how I imagined it thinking of her from the music... She may not be here with me. But, she's in the corridors of time waiting for me... It has been since this past May of 2019. Now it is Jan 2020. Time stood still since then... I miss her so much. But, I can imagine she is walking along the corridors of time and amazed by memories from each era... I love and miss you my loving wife... Thank you for playing this amazing piece. :')

I'm so sorry if I'm bringing back any unpleasant feelings from giving you a notification on this comment so late, but I just wanted to say that my heart personally goes out to you for your loss, and I am beyond touched and grateful that we get to deliver this peace to you through our music. Beyond this, I'm not sure how much I can say, but I wanted to let you know that we see you. I hope you're doing well right now, especially during these tough times. I'm sorry I never got to this comment sooner. J-MUSIC is always here with you! -Pat

Ok, this is my favorite out of all your recent session uploads. Everything about this is incredible. The Sax+Clarinet unison, Pat's solo, Mat rocking out on bass, Dom's drumming, Jake's vibes (this song basically REQUIRES vibes), Olin's guitar tone fits perfectly, etc.

@Lavos To bring it into the modern era like how they did with Trials of Mana
@alexisglaab2572
@alexisglaab2572 4 жыл бұрын
Trials of Mana is a really good, faithful remake of SD3. It manages to feel the way the original did, but brings in some great new stuff and the jump to 3D is perfect. Very much unlike the Secret of Mana 3D remake, which had all the flaws and weird bits from the original untouched and still in place. All they really added were the conversations the characters have while at an Inn. If they could remake Chrono Trigger in the same way they did Trials of Mana, with all the heart that was felt in the SNES game, then I think we would have a real winner.

"While it was true I had already indeed traveled through time itself, even that found me unprepared for what we dicovered almost 13 millenia prior, an ominous period in history of which little was known, and was thus widely thought to be a harsh era of struggle for humanity's meager survival. I learned this to be a deliberate half-truth, as there are no words for the awe which overcame me after first soaring into the sky, lifted on nothing but a ray of light, only to find myself taking my first steps onto that doomed dominion, the flying feifdom of magic known as the Kingdom of Zeal." - From the accounts of Ser Glenn of Guardia, Hopping Hero of The Mystic War

Man that was a very lyrical story telling solo. Very refreshing a lot of soloist (including my self lol ) try playing 100 notes with a lot of ideas that don't connect or try to appear "flashy" instead of serving the song and listener. Man great rendition!!!

I love listening to this, and have done so many times since you first released the video; it sounds SO bittersweet, like feeling nostalgia and acknowledging at the same time that we can't go back and experience it again for the first time; reliving the wonder but having to do so from a distance. This is SO beautiful, and it does the original such justice that I don't know how to put it into words. I must have commented originally on the Patreon post because I was POSITIVE I'd said something about how amazing it is, but I don't see myself below, so... Just know it still hits just as hard- and it's just as gorgeous- a year later.
