Actually a corset is likely more comfortable than a bra. As with a bra its holding everything using 2 little straps and putting pressure on your shoulders. With a corset it uses your whole torso as a whole to support and evenly distribute the weight of your boobs

Her internal organs and ribs have less space, so organs will find whatever place they can. Intestines will be not only displaced and pushed down, but they will have so little space that she might have trouble consuming certain types of food, especially processed food. Organs that are higher (like her stomach, pancreas, kidneys) will move upwards and be compressed together. Wearing a corset almost 24 hours a day also has devastating effects on her back, especially her back muscles. I remember reading about corsets a few years ago and it said that because a corset is worn, the back muscles don't have any purpose. They don't work because everything is being held together by the corset, not by the back muscles. Of course, there are consequences on the bones, especially the ribs, that get deformed with time. There's also a very real risk of asphyxiation and breathing, especially if the corset is that tight or if you exercise while wearing it. (At least, she takes it off when she goes to the gym....) She clearly suffers from body dysmorphia. She doesn't see the harm she does to herself and she increases her chances of dying by changing her body like that. Organs need the space. Right now, her intestines must use about half the space intestines are supposed to have. She's at risk for many problems involving each and every organ that's affected by the wearing of this corset. It makes me sad that she doesn't see that. What kind of model is she for her sons? Some people say "at least, she does not have a daughter". I understand where this is coming from, but body dysmorphia, anorexia nervosa, bulimia and other eating disorders _do_ affect boys. And they'll be even less inclined to talk about it because of the stigma. I feel sad for her, I really think she needs help.

It was my quarantine obsession since I was forced out of the dorms in March and I found it really easy to size down. I can breathe and my organs are fine 😂 there are people on the facebook page I follow who have 18" or 16" corsets. I've worn a medical back brace for 7 years 23 hours a day. You know damn well they don't cause pain unless your measurements change(in that case you have to get a new one) they don't crush your organs either. Btw I wear a corset too. Corsets are very comfortable if you get a corset that closely matches your measurements and you listen to your body. My body can only be reduced up to 3 inches, I don't go beyond that, I take it slow and it has been very comfortable. As long as you listen to your body and take it slow you won't feel any pain and won't suffer any health issues

corsets don't move organs as much as pregnancy and only really effect flexible and hollow organs at least according the mri and xrays we have . Still more data is needed but so far nobody has had organ failure from properly fitted corsets that they know how to use and give their Dr's updates on when they go bellow over a 20 percent reduction of their natural waist.

Just for reference most super models have a waist around 23 inches. So she’s a good 5 inches under that when corseted. Corsets are supposed to be 2 - 3 inches smaller than your current waist. So her waist is probably sitting around 20-21 inches without a corset.

azure matson It’s normal maybe if you’re built super small. This woman obviously isn’t petite, and she has a larger build. You can tell just looking at her shoulder width. A waist length in the low 20’s may look ok and be normal for petite women with small builds. But if you have a medium to large build it just looks weird, deformed and unnatural.

It's going to be a couple inches bigger. So probably 20 inches. Muscle issues can occur but she says she works out, likely to prevent that.
