Hi, felt I had to comment as most artists I work with are recording at home and I agree with your list (but would put them in a different order). Hands down the biggest challenge is the room and room reflections and I’d start with that. It’s the hardest thing to deal with because it costs money and messes up the room. Best “first step” in my experience is a mic shield (Aston Halo is my go to) and then hang duvets and blankets behind singer. This is NOT as good as a pro studio with thousands of pounds of acoustic treatment but is something I can work with. New to your channel and enjoying the content.
