Here is a little fast fact about Michael. Although he is a South African Native, he loves country music. His favorite song is "Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy". If you ever watch him onstage, the song comes on periodically and when it does, he really gets excited. I always thought it was cool that we had the smallest stage, had the biggest crowd, were always told we were too loud and rocked out to a country song while cutting over 100 heads of hair in a day. No one else can deliver like Michael!

@mikedamascusgrey Oh, I agree, he is fascinating, and he has a great team working with him. This time at the show he had the most crowd, and he kept people interested, too; they stayed to enjoy more haircuts, music, and entertainment. I like that his willingness to share what he knows; a lot of seasoned hairdressers entertain, but share less. He is a giver!

When Michael was starting the company, he flew us out to the Institute of Courage in California and layed out his battle plan for launching his new collection. There were only 4 products at the time and we all worked all day Mastering his haircutting technique. From there we all flew to Chicago for the U.S. launch of his new collection. We probably had the smallest stage at that show but were told we were the loudest and gathered the biggest crowd. He treated all of us like royalty
