Bro Im a boy, I cosplay very much and I used Always make up to perfect the Charakter Im Cosplaying, its Like a part of it, and In also cosplayed a girl (Hu tao) one time and It looked great, I dont think that this is gay, since you gonna "play"a character for a specific time and when you do that, you are about to play somoene other than you and thats whats the big fun of cosplay, if they hate your for that, just gonna say... leave them how they are and continue with your live :)
