Since everyone is moving to Florida, our cost of living is skyrocketing and pay is not. Rent prices for apartments here in central Florida have increased by $500 per month since July.

hi Courtney, got a question regarding swimming pool and fitness center in the community. when you pay your HOA fee, does this entitle you to use the pool and fitness center? tia

Hi Bob, in most cases the answer would be yes! Some communities have separate fees for memberships, but overall, your HOA fees do cover the use of the community amenities.
