hypothetically speaking what if the corona virus doesn't get any better! say it continues on this path, as is so to speak, example, lock downs every few months, mandatory masks, limited flights, umm you know just a bleak next 2 years! and still with no recovery in sight! would that push a rapid crash in house prices? lets fast forward 3 years and nothing has gotten better. do you think apartments, new builds, condos and houses etc would be 30 or even 50% cheaper? or are house prices never coming down?

Hi Chris - of course, if this pans out as you suggest in your comment, then all bets are off, and I would expect a decline in prices. I´ve already said that there has been a much-needed price correction in certain sectors and areas, so I would say that prices in general are up to 10% off their pre-COVID level.
