I think further analysis will be required but Dominical probably the strongest market

Another question regarding Cahuita/Puerto Viejo. It made it top 5 for investing but the daily average rental is lower than other places. What are your thoughts on that? Thank you

It's a less mature market with as not much demand as the Pacific. It may get there one day but based on hotel ADR it won't be for another 5-10 yrs

What's your thoughts on the feasability study for a 3rd international airport in the south of the country? I would like to consider Uvita in 10 years when I retire (I know, a bit far out).

Uvita has good numbers but don't expect a new airport anytime soon.

They're not giving the information about the situation of the locals living there. Life's too expensive and they have to move to places where life costs are lower. THEY'RE KILLING MY COUNTRY, WE DON'T WANT THEM HERE!!

What are your thoughts of purchasing land in the Playa Panama, Guanacaste area, within a few miles inland of El Mangrove. I believe there is a new development in the works called Papagayo Estates? Seems to be more affordable than other areas but was curious of your opinion if this could be a good investment in the near future?
