Sorry about your white refrigerator finding white now is harder stainless is the bulk of it. My Costco had miracle noodles on close out. We're coming to Vegas for 3 day weekend have nacho daddy and tacotarian on visit list you might go back to Costco to look at refrigerators they have some pretty good deals and online

Add a paper towel to the top of the Lettuce plastic boxes and flip it over when you put it in the refrigerator. This helps mine to last longer may help you too 😊. Funny video too!

Uh appliances are so expensive now. We have lived in this house which was a new build for 2 years and the dishwasher quit working mid cycle last week. It also had been leaking off and on. So we had to order a dishwasher as there were none in stock at Lowes or Home Depot. You might check your Costco they may have a good deal and have some in stock. We ordered a dishwasher and it was not cheap. You'll have to update us. Glad you have a back up fridge for the moment.

I feel your pain, as I had a similar situation two years ago. Of course, it always happens during the hottest time of year (and I don't have air conditioning). Luckily, I had a back up freezer and caught it early enough that I could save the food. Yeah, appliances just don't last as long as they once did and yet they are super expensive. Still, you're probably wise to replace rather than risk another failure. Often, the cost of the parts and the labor are very high and may not provide enough extra life on the appliance to justify the cost. I wish you luck with this!

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with fridge issues. Appliances certainly don’t last like they used to. My mom recently had to get a new one when hers quit, and it wasn’t very old. I’d probably just go ahead and get a new one.

Life happens at the worst times, doesn't it? I'm sorry you're going through this but grateful it's an easy fix. We're waiting for the hurricane to hit and am praying we don't lose power! Our fridge is full!!!

My Girl Kimberly, Your Parents, let you Listen Alanis Morissette, back in the 1990's? You must of been Young!? As I, was like 25/26 years old when that came out! Double Damn I'm OLD!!!! Yet I, do like that Album especially the Song " Right through You!" That's was a Perfect Song, for one of My Ex-Boyfriends at the time! I, feel the Pain of your Major Appliance mishap! My 3 year old Electric Dryer blew the drying belt recently. A Repair would of Cost me $500. Ouch! So, I ended up being graciously Gifted a Brand New Dryer from My Parents for Christmas. It was unexpected but something I, desperately needed with My Ankle, Stairs & Weather in Oklahoma, it was impossible to carry Laundry down the Stairs & Walk along ways to the Laundry Room. I had been Hanging My Clothers on Hangers & Drying on the Shower Rod but during Winter, Clothes don't Dry or take FOREVER! Anyway I, am so sorry to hear you had to Toss out Food! That hurts & then insult to Injury having to Fork over Money, for a costly Appliance That Sucks!!!! Have a Gin 'n' Tonic with Lime for me, too! Oh man whatever you do DON'T BUY a Samsung or LG REFRIGERATOR we run a family appliance company those 2 brands are the worst and make up 80% of our income it's that bad for a fridge you want Whirlpool , Maytag , Bosch, Kenmore , Frigidaire will run well for long time but the shelves and drawers are flimsy and brake often. Don't let a bunch of fancy buttons fool you they usually mean repair cost. Good luck

I've heard this about Samsung and LG as well! Basically, don't buy appliances from brands that make TVs and cell phones. Stick with the tried and true appliance brands that you mentioned.
