If you're not sure what to buy at Costco that's whole food plant based, I hope this vegan grocery haul will give you a bit of inspiration. I always buy those One Degree oats and they, Costco, phoned me about the recall and it was just a certain batch. My bag was fine and I’ve purchased more since and they are fine.

Wow - amazing haul .. I got major anxiety thinking how all those frozen berries were possibly defrosting on your counter 😬😬but then I was seriously distracted by how long your hair had got ! Gurrrlllllllll! And then I felt my usual disappointment that here in uk we are so short changed compared to the beautiful range you have there in Canada ! And yes dates are incredible- I’m with you there 100% Oh and ps that sauerkraut is giving me serious food envy 🤤🤤🤤🤤 -and without sounding cringe/stalker you are looking incredible 🇨🇦🇨🇦. Yes! Lentil pasta, chickpea pasta, quinoa pasta & I think amaranth pasta? Since I couldn’t go in the store I don’t remember exactly... but they were out of a lot of them! Will have to make another trip soon. 😄😄

I was supposed to go to Costco today as well, but didn't have the time. Now, I will probably have a few additions to my haul. I definitely need more dates. You reminded me how much I love that snack of dates filled with peanut butter or pecans. One of my favorite treats :)

They carry the Banza chickpea pasta here in the states and I love the Mary gone crackers. They come and go at my Costco so I grab two when I see them back in stock🙂

Not a fan of the three berry one, it’s mostly blackberries. If you put it in a smoothie your drink will have so many hard seeds.I also found it’s cheaper by the pound to buy strawberries and blueberries individually

I wish I had a Costco nearby. I went grocery shopping today and spent about $185 and it will last about two weeks. I buy some organic things and because I live alone half my groceries are packaged. Not ideal. I just need to find ways to keep the food like you kept the lemons.

Yes I remember when I used to shop for myself it was always a challenge! Especially for fresh items! There are definitely some produce items with longer shelf lives than others ... I’ve seen some good videos with hacks to keep things fresh as well. Frozen items/ freezing my own items is definitely my go-to method. A lot of the stuff I make Q doesn’t like, so I end up having to freeze half of what I make and then eat it again myself in a few weeks. 😅😅 Not ideal, but it works!

How Not to Die is an awesome read! I like to do audio books from our library these days so I can listen while I do other things... plus it's free! See if you guys have that as an option! 😄 I haven't read How Not to Diet, but I heard it's amazing as well. In terms of his 2 cookbooks, I did hear How Not to Diet cookbook is slightly better than How Not to Die cookbook.... both are very health focused but I always feel lots of great recipes are online already... so I personally think his health books are a bit more interesting than the cookbooks. 😊

This one was from the Costco in Markham. 😄😄 There is also a Facebook Group for Canadian Vegan Costco that can be helpful to see what items are located in different areas. (Obviously not all Toronto/GTA, but quite a few posts do come from there!)
