I never knew that about the full fat yogurt and digestive benefits, I am a low fat food guy but I will definitely try your advice. You are to be commended for your ongoing church work. The tracking is probably built into carb manager which is the app I used to track all my calories in macros but I never look at it and I do enough walking and lifting in the gym and sitting in the sauna to justify all of the salt that I probably ingest but I don't need a lot of prepackaged snacks

I’m glad that I don’t celebrate Christmas anymore once I found out that it’s a Pagan roots holiday. I’m a Christian, too, a born again one, Holy Sprit filled, Pentecostal. The Holy Bible KJV is very clear about celebrating anything with Pagan roots. I also like that it isn’t a god in my life anymore. I would go into debt and charge things I couldn’t afford. My family is understanding but celebrate it, knowing that it’s Paganism. It’s not the same to me once I found out I see Christmas decorations the way I did after Christmas, like I couldn’t wait to take them down. I also don’t see Christmas as magical or Jesus’s birthday. Considering that you buy already prepared food, not too bad sir. Please dont buy Apple products with the M3 chip. Apple skipped right over M3 due to processor problems right from the start. For anyone thinking to buy, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY THE Apple M3. You gotta wonder why they are soooo cheap, right? Oats are only good to fatten up livestock. Ditch them and find something else. Sadly, store bought yogurt is only fermented for about an hour so the probiotics are minimal. Easy to make your own. I make SIBO yogurt, can learn how on YT.

Different view on oats, they have helped my gut feel better when nothing else would, i guess it has beta glucan? they have no fat and are a good source of fiber. why don't you like them?

I like oats, but prefer the Bobs Red Mill steel cut, they are lower on glycemic index, and retain the most nutrients from the grain. The bag I bought in the video is my second choice down, they flatten the grains and let them sprout first.
