1.6 lb (680g) lamb leg 羊腿肉
1 tsp salt 盐
2 tbsp ground cumin 孜然粉
1/4 tsp white pepper 白胡椒粉

1 tbsp white sesame 白芝麻
1 tsp ground cayenne 辣椒粉
1 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp cooking wine 料酒
1 egg white 鸡蛋清
1 tbsp corn starch 玉米淀粉
