I picked up a lovely Cote de Boeuff from Colletts Farm and in this video I go through my cooking method for this beast of a steak. I opted for a reverse sear with a simple salt and pepper seasoning which worked a treat. I hope this inspires you to give it a go and have fun trying new cooking methods.
