Im really looking hard at the Charleston SC market due to growth and neighborhoods with HOAs. This area has wait lists for all facilities in the area. Amazing opportunities. Anyone want to JV? Great info in the video BTW.

My wife and I too are considering this market as I grew up on the outskirts of Charleston, SC. I am fairly familiar with the population although the area is exploding. We are looking at the Cane Bay/Lake Moultrie area. We see a huge opportunity here.
