But now the International Criminal Court is considering an official arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and some of his senior officials.
The ICC, which investigates individuals for grave international crimes, such as genocide and war crimes, is looking into Israel’s military action in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank.
