I remember 3 years ago reading the PCA for Letecia Stauch when she was arrested for murdering Gannon and being amazed that they took the air filter from the rental car she drove the day after Gannon was reported missing. I had never heard of that before this case and I thought it was brilliant. In that case it didn’t turn up anything of use, but I can definitely see how that can be a very useful tool in an investigation.

Hi first time on your channel i wanted to let you know i may have found three victims of Rex Heuermann the murders were in 1991 in California they were killed dismembered and put in burlap bags and dumped into the Oak Estuary i have tipped this in twice to detectives and i am waiting to see if they have been linked.

I definitely think Rex could be responsible for all the bodies on the beach. Maybe dismemberment wasn’t his fancy or he realized it took to long.. one thing I have a very strong feeling about though is that they are going to find a lot more victims of his!! 😈

You may be right but dismemberment is so much more involved and I'd think there even may be a level of disgust with these serial killers. Cutting up a body would have to be pretty damn horrendous. Of course there's that element that some killers find that removing the entire body at one time is too risky. If he found that it wasn't his fancy would it take more than one victim to figure it out? Given how time consuming it'd be, I would think that'd be the case. I wonder what Dr. Brucato or Ann Burgess knows about the number of serial killers who have done these two particular different M.O.'s? It's got to be rare. I do agree, they are going to find he's responsible for many other victims.

The brothels are out there on 95 and the surrounding area. LE should see if any of the brothels have any record of him being there. I'm not sure how long they are required to keep records, but its possible they still have them. Would also be a good idea to see if the time share has any video footage of Rex coming in and out. Nevada is really good about keeping video footage.
