Green lizard would probably be the least of its worries, they’re slower, can’t climb poles, + the fact that a bearded dragon would probably be smaller than a hazer and not worth the trouble. That was a HELL of a first fictional crossover! Absolutely loved it! Everything made sense, the artwork was incredible, and the *redacted* Rex at the end gave me honest to god shivers. The voice acting was very good for a coop project. I feel bad that you didn't cover Sangheili or Brutes against a Rex (armor or not), but I get that tool-using sapients is slightly unfair, even if the Rex is so much bigger than them. Artwork would have been sick, though. Can't wait to see more of these fictional crossovers, if they're as good as this one was! EDIT: SPARTAN-REX project when?

16:14 I remember drawing alien creatures like this for a game concept in middle/high school the variety of them might as well being something from Doom Eternal when my inspirations were Half-Life, FEAR, and Crysis. So weird seeing the design actually executed in Halo lore compared to the early CE design. That flood form though is just pure nightmare fuel. It may as well be a walking fortress for carrying spores and spreading the growth.

@@Liam-lx8xb You missed the point. The concept of the game setting was like Doom Eternal, but with aliens than demons. The creatures themselves did not take after the game because the Doom reboot never existed then. More strengths you forgot to mention: 1. Agility. Given their evolutionary history and preferred prey, a T rex’s pelvic bones evolved to help them make alarmingly sharp turns with less effort than other animals their own size. 2. Armor. When it came to natural armor on a T rex, there was more than met the eye. Since their puny arms couldn’t stop a Triceratops from skewering them or help them get up off the ground, their chubby frame and gastralia did all that work instead. 3. Resilience. T rex hunted many kinds of dangerous dinosaurs every day, and the deadliest among them was either an adult Triceratops or another T rex, and they had to be tough enough to shrug off their attacks.

I feel like even if T-rexes footsteps sounded like a smaller animal, the blind wolves would probably still run off as soon as the Rex lets off a roar or really any sound besides footsteps because the blind wolves would most definitely be able to tell that those sounds didn’t come from smaller prey if they’re hearing is that good. Also I’d like to think that they probably have a type of echolocation potentially with their amazing hearing and therefore could “see” how big their opponent was once they got closer (though obviously there’s no evidence for this)

One understated advantage of the Night Hawk is with its much smaller and gracile build compared to the ancestral species they will mature much more quickly, likely taking at least five years off maybe even halving the maturation period. This will be a huge advantage in breeding for the species compared to ancestral T.rex and will help them keep up with the competitive environment of the Ark especially against its base species kin.

Couple of errors here, but overall good video! More modern estimates for T.rex speed are closer to the speed of a very athletic human (20mph). Faster than almost everything it lived with, but nowhere near big cat speed. Being a 2-legged animal, having 10,000 kilogrammes move faster than about 20mph would seriously damage the leg joints. Elephants can manage higher speeds because they have four legs for those wondering, since elephants can be 8,000 kilogrammes for big males. Also, it was about 4-4.5 metres tall at the hip.
