Could this be the best trail in Moab?

Follow along as I check out Captain Ahab in Moab. This might possibly be my favorite trail in the area. It has just enough tech to satisfy the most advanced riders but is still manageable for intermediates.

I was amazed at the variety of surface features on that trail. I've been told that Moab is not all about slickrock. You guys just proved it. Thanks for the tour!

I've been to Moab a few times. Love riding there. You can climb some really steep lines on slick rock trail.

Great trail and great riding. It's amazing how far cameras have come. Considering how bumpy that trail was, that would have been unwatchable a few years back.

I have only been to Moab once, 1994 and hope to one day make it back. The Portal Trail was my favorite, but I would love to ride Captain Ahab if I ever get there in the future

I bet that was a nasty fall because you clip in. I'm sure you lost skin. But if you lost the cleats and got magnets and Magped pedals, you could have the best of both worlds. The foot comes right off to catch yourself just like flats, but pedal like clipless.
