Without written constitution it's very hard down the legal route. It would require a vote of no confidence to be voted on.thats to remove the party in power not an individual. Said individual would be replaced by party. If a second vote of no confidence came and it passed then a general election is next. It's not easy to remove anyone when they in. Our system is not designed for it's people and it needs a huge overhaul and we need a written constitution otherwise this will continue like this forever in the same first past post system. Foreign aid does sometimes protect the country through diplomatic deals and we do get a 20% ROI on it on average, and for example, stopping Russia from invading Ukraine indirectly helps the UK's security since if Russia takes Ukraine (or a lot of their land) Russia (and China with Taiwan) could be encouraged to continue invading countries until we are forced to step in (like Germany in the 1930s, although not to the same extent). We should stop funding them soon and get a peace deal though. So I think we should definitely reduce foreign aid since the UK needs more money at the moment (especially the money that goes straight into corrupt leaders pockets, or useless projects), but not completely stop it.

to be clear, Storm Shadow uses GPS coordinates to navigate to the target. The programming of the targeting and navigating GPS coordinates requires UK / US to do this. So, the attack using the Storm Shadow may have been fired by Ukraine but based on satellite data UK/US programmed the Storm Shadows that have hit Russia. So, yes it is the case that UK/US has been directly involved in the attacks using these weapons

The only way the Storm Shadow can reach the target is for UK or US military to actually identify the target using satellite information and also programme the Storm Shadow with that information. Then programme the missile with the route to be followed also based on satellite information to avoid anti missile defences. The Ukrainians do not have satellites or the ability or permissions to programme the missiles. That can only be done by the UK/US military. So your scenario is totally inaccurate.

Well we (the US, UK and Russia) poked our nose into Ukraine's business in 1994 by persuading them to give up their longe range bombers, long range missiles and nuclear warheads, in return for security assurances. We should just give Ukraine back all those capabilities and they could defend themselves, or more realistically Russia would never have attacked them in the first place.
