Same here. But its no surprise. I have a buddy and him and I served in Iraq and Afghanistan together. While on the uss essex in 2004, we saw something in the Indian ocean that we chose not to report that was very bizarre. At the time I thought maybe I was fatigued from our combat deployment in Fallujah and it would be discredited. 20 years later and of all things that is what keeps me up at night.

Especially due to the fact that studies have proven that those who are... How do i say this. Those who haven't been exposed either personally, or second hand enough to have developed the understanding that malevolence, and evil exists. There are people who will not only hurt or try to kill you, they'll do so intentionally and be happy to. Not just from war zones, high anxiety jobs , like under ground mining. My dad was smashed in the face with a 9 ft pinch bar, and he hung from that for 45 mins ,before they got him down. My mum, who had to endure the aftermath of that accident , as dad suffered horrendous head injuries and should have died. my mum never received any counselling or any support re that. she suffered over many years as did dad

My dad had a problem after Korea. He served in DDAY in the Navy. Then served in the British army for over 20 + years. He was injured in Korea lost so many friends been in so many campaigns. As a young child, I would wake to the sound of my father screaming "incoming" in his sleep. I would rush to the bedroom to find him perspiring and protecting my mother, imagining that she was one of his comrades. My mother, weighing only 97 pounds, did her best to comfort him despite being terrified herself. I witnessed this recurring scene multiple times as a child, yet my father would wake up with no recollection of it happening. It is absolutely disgusting for anyone to attack a veteran and attempt to tarnish their character. Those individuals who condone such despicable behavior have no right to hold positions of power or protect secrets; they should be removed from these roles immediately. PTSD is very common for people. It doesn't just apply to people in the military. EMDR is one of the therapeutic techniques used to treat PTSD.

Indeed. They help a lot with panic attacks too. Some will say EMDR only exists in the clinic setting, however, I have used the practices into as-needed measures - it has a lot to back it. I also like exposure therapy for PTSD in tandem with EMDR

Ptsd is very common for people...but clinically diagnosed ptsd is not common for people and are two totally different things...anybody can have a traumatic experience and say they got ptsd and go on to live normal lives and be productive members of society...but an individual with clinically Diagnosed ptsd...meaning an individual who actually ended up being diagnosed with ptsd by a professional medical practitioner...its a different ball game...because it means that aside from the initial experience that gave you feelings of ptsd...after that other events kept taking place due to that ptsd that made it virtually impossible for you to be a healthy productive member of society and there was no choice but for you to seek medical attention because the road that you was headed down included death by way of suicide or self destructive activities...you see...big difference...and the treatment for ptsd usually starts off with Xanax for the anxiety or other psychotropic drugs and ambien for the the sleeplessness or other depressant medications...all of which cause vivid and intense hallucinations...EMDR is a next level treatment for ptsd when the drugs don't work no more or never did...and for gods sakes EMDR is used to get rid of the hallucinations...smh...all these factors are absolutely things that need to be considered when one is claiming that they personally know the government is engaged in a coverup evolving extraterrestrial beings and extraterrestrial technology....my friend are you sure its not the xannys...are sure it's not the ambien...did the EMDR really work...or do you need to go back for more extensive treatments...or do we need to take your ptsd therapy to the next level like say institutionalization...because these claims do kinda sound like paranoid delusions...given your medical history friend
