As a 58 yr old student.. training to be a counsellor - distance learning.. your tutorials really help me with an understanding of the different theories, especially the examples that you provide with each theory.. Examples that you can relate to and I will definitely try to watch more of your videos. Thank yo u!

Thank you . You videos are so much help with giving structure. As a dyslexic student it is great to have your audible lectures that I can pause and rewind. Backs up (for me) tiny print in academic text, and fast moving lectures (notes that are put on the board and removed seconds later) it is hard to write and think for me. Particularly with psychotherapy I can't record lectures. You and school of life are awesome!

Very grateful for your videos. I have been practicing counselling for about 3 years now and I love coming back here now and then to refresh my knowledge on theoretical framework. Sending you gratitude all the way from Hyderabad, India!

I really appreciate your simplistic explanation s of the different types of therapy. My psychotherapist seems to want me to know what I need and I don't. My year long NHS therapy is coming to an end and I feel like it's only scratched the surface. I don't know what to look for next. Your limitations about CBT and psychodynamic therapy finall makes sense Thank you 😊

I have enjoyed watching your videos. Love your style of talking. Not too fast to follow and not painfully slow to wait for next word. They are precised and very easy to follow. i really appreciate time and effort you put in this so very much needed presentation.

Hope you enjoyed your cup of tea. I have been told to steer clear of NLP practitioners. Do you have thoughts as to why NLP is attracting criticism? I ask as many business people are now trying to get into "coaching" as a revenue stream and the NLP quick fix seems to be gaining popularity for the potentially gullible, trendy evangelicals and quick fixers, for wont of better phrases....

I found this explanation video quite concise and easy to understand. I also feel reinforced in my understanding that undergoing TA therapy at that particular stage of my life, was not that helpful. would have felt more affirmed and able to open my deeper self in a Humanistic approach of therapy. Thank you.
