Countdown to Christmas- Candied Bacon Crackers - A Wonderful Appetizer That is So Easy to Make!

Candied Bacon Crackers
Club Crackers
Thick-sliced bacon
Light Brown Sugar
The amount of crackers, bacon, and brown sugar you use will be determined by how many appetizers you want to make.
Preheat your oven to 250°.
Cut your bacon slices in half. Use 1/2 slice of bacon to wrap around each Club Cracker making sure the bacon completely wraps around the cracker. Place your bacon wrapped crackers on a baking rack set on top of a parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheet pan. Sprinkle each bacon wrapped cracker with some brown sugar. 
Place the pan of bacon wrapped crackers in the oven at 250° for two hours. Immediately remove the crackers from the baking rack so they do not stick. Place them on a serving platter. These may be served warm or at room temperature.
