All motors are built to pull the shaft rotationally. They break the laws of nature inorder to INSLAVE you to the 😈. If you design a motor to use collapsing flyback voltage to push the shaft rotationlay, it will be 3× powerful. They use iron in motors because it is attracted to magnet feilds, this causes a brakeing action that steals 2/3 of the motors torgue and speed. If your going to lay with the devils electric toys, you have to play by his rules. If you want play by the creators rules. Loose the iron winding shoes and iron shaft. Use a brass shaft with solid copper shoes and copper coils.
