I don’t think all flags would have a reference to nuclear stuff or nukes, I think they would have their war flag with some alters and some without. Also I think island nations like Guam, Bermuda, Micronesia, Tobago, etc would not exist because they would be radioactive to the core of the island or wiped out by the nukes
