Caleb Hyles one of the first winters I can remember, my best friend in the whole world and I took our neighbor’s trash can lid and sled down the hill across from our house with it. We didn’t know how to stop, and ended up sliding up my driveway and crashing into the back wall of my garage. Leading to my father to come out and see two 7 year olds loosing their minds laughing while covered in snow; with a dented trashcan lid.

This cover is magic. My dad was a huge old school country fan and I listen to it to remember him (he passed in 2006, when I was 16) and it's great how two people I love listening to sing a song he loved listening to. Wish I could have shared this with him.

I think it's interesting how this song brings a sense of nostalgia to people from all over the globe, even those that have never heard it before. Music - and I mean genuine, good music - really does bring people together from all over and we all feel that feeling together. It's such an amazing thing.
