I called his name and he stopped, walked to the 6 ft fence, reached over took the picture that we had, signed it and handed it back. My wife still has it in a Bible today. ❤

Oh my! My all-time favorite singer. I remember having to play the album every night for my youngest son, when he was a baby!!! Two songs over and over and over! 🥲 Not that I minded at all!! It was, "Feels So Right" and "Lady Down on Love," that I replayed..his favorites. So, we rocked and rocked and rocked and replay, replay and replayed. His little eyes would finally close. I'd turn the stereo off..AND HIS EYES WOULD POP OPEN! AND, HE WOULD CRY..so I'd start it all over again. It should have worn the album out, but I was all that was worn out was me and eventually the rocker broke! 🙄🤣 But, I didn't mind a bit! Best group ever!! And, that voice. My husband finally took me to a concert, (mind you this all stated on a farm in Ohio!), The concert was in Roanoke, Va. And, our baby boy was 6 then. It was great. As we were leaving the parking area, we had to exit thru a tunnel. Well, guess who went right past our car inside a limo. (Almost close enough to touch!) I screaming "Look, Look!! I was waving..saying Hi Randy!!

Alabama was doing a concert in Enid,Oklahoma on June the 18th 7 years ago, I thought I would surprise my wife Roberta on our anniversary by asking a person that had a lanyard around his neck with that group if they would play Feels So Right. I had no idea that they would do it, but during the concert they started playing that song & stoped, had us come up on stage with them, they played that song for us. What a really great thing that they did on our anniversary. Thank you so much Alabama for making our anniversary special for both of us. 👌

I heard them first in 1980. Fell in love with them and especially Randy. I grew up listening to them. Nothing but Alabama. I miss them on today’s new country radio. Have to listen to old country to hear them.

Just watching this video and loving on Randy for singing this song. It’s something I think that a lot of people have forgotten. They’ve forgotten that passion and sharing that lifetime of passion with a loved one. They’ve also forgotten the passion and love for liberty and autonomy. Sad

Country music in the 80s would have been very different without Randy Owen. Truly one of the greats of our Era. What an honor for us to live in this time. When your ready to go home, you thank the big guy for letting you live in the greatest musical time in history.
