I live 30 minutes from Raystown Lake. My husband and I have a small houseboat at 7 Points Marinain Hesston. I have spent many hours stitching on the houseboat on the lake. The mountains around the lake are beautiful. Sounds like you ladies had a great girls getaway. 😊❤

I don’t think I’ve ever left a comment here before. But, I wanted to share that I fell in love with that Christmas pattern that you showed from 1988. I found a copy for sale on Etsy and plan to start it in December. I loved the pattern but also 1988 is the year I was born. I’m so glad I was able to find a copy. Thank you so much for sharing. I love your channel so much! I only discovered Flosstube a couple of years ago and probably found your channel around a year ago.

I love your flosstubes... you were the very first I watched during the infamous covid period. I love the cardinal and what they say about them. I have a unique cardinal story. I was sitting on my couch in front of a large window that had bushes underneath. I heard a noise and when I looked, it was a whole family of cardinals sucking all the buds off my bushes!

Wish I was on a mountain getaway with my best girlfriends! We would go and pick a pumpkin in this crisp autumn air! All.of our leavea are almost gone here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. We had a fall festival last weekend and I found a beautiful fused glass ornament with. Teeny cardinal on it. Debra I love your third section and cant believe you are finally almost done! Good idea to do grids, have never done so, you both are so lucky to be able to do a cruise with Jean, cool stitch diagram book, I bought the Avent box I am anxious to get mine, I am waiting until the first of December, I like waiting and being surprised, I am not a peeker, and I am going to the Jingle Ball again this year. I love Mill Hill designs. I did a globe ornament last year (Christmas Tree) for my grandson. He loved it. I was at many Spirit of Cross Stitch Shows (Saratoga, Buffalo, Valley Forge) and have that pattern. Enjoy the cruise. I went on the NE/Canada one and set for Alaska next year. Jean and her daughters do a great job.

Wish I had a good friend to stitch with , you get on so well together. In the uk we don’t have cardinal birds , we have robins and one can be seen at the bottom of my garden quite often. I like autumn, don’t like to see winter and all that cold weather. I got a lovely pumpkin ornament to put on my Halloween display this year, now that has gone I have started to put up my Christmas decorations.
