Agreed. Unfortunately, this is a rapidly dying breed of man. People lack passion, motivation, and common knowledge... (Or uncommon nowadays) The OCD factor plays a pretty important role in perfection as well. When you find employees like Josh, you do EVERYTHING possible to keep them around. I love the way he pays attention when he put the cable the terminal bocks to make sure he doesn't crimp the screws onto the shielding. (I have not seen many do this lately.) kudos Josh!!!
