However, I hope everyone realizes that it is not necessary to do so and follow the reason of living as a single person and flying without destination. Thanks again for another reaction to IU, if this helps the official IU text attached to this mv states: "In ‘CHAT-SHIRE,’ the first album I produced myself in my 20s, I compared my age to a flower. Many people may already know that IU has a series of songs about "age". "Holssi" probably represents her mood at the age of 32, and corresponds exactly to the title song "twenty-three" of 4th mini-album "CHAT-SHIRE" eight years ago. There is also a point of view, that "Holssi" and "Shopper", which will be released on February 20, both symbolized her age of 32.

holssi means spore in English. holssi is the English spelling of Korean. holssi has many meanings. Thank you for enjoying IU’s music. IU is a person with truly great character.

Actually, the definition of Holssi(홀씨) is a spore, but dandelion(민들레) seeds have been mistakenly called Holssi in Korea since several decades ago. A singer called it Holssi in a very famous song.
