Beautifully done! I'm planning a similar build myself though more of an eco- home rather than a bermed or bury structure, but I will be excavation 6' into a hill side to help produce thermal mass on the rear of the house. I do love the ideas of a living roof though it is out of budget to build a structure that will support the weight, so we opted for post and beam frame on a slab concrete floor also using steel bar joist trusses and 6" metal insulated panels zero thermal roof system. I'm hoping this will produce low maintenance and high energy efficient solar powered home to last us many years! Thanks
