The most impressive thing in this episode is Simon's _Amazing_ weight loss. Good on him!

I have watched quite a few of these couples episodes & have been shocked how horrible the females are to their husbands including on here . I used to love cooking with my darling husband & we worked well together & showed each other respect. Today is the 2 year anniversary of my darlings death .

I lost my husband 6 weeks ago, and yes, I couldn't help but think that they could treat the husbands with more respect as you never know when the time will come that you lose your spouse. My condolences for your loss.

So sorry for your loss xxx

I thought they were just goofing around. I guess I didn't take any of it seriously. It's more fun and less stressful to not be so serious with life. I've lost two husbands now and have outlived 4 old boyfriends and we were all silly with each other and I miss it now. Life is too short to be too serious Kris. I don't feel they were being disrespectful to each other, just having a bit of fun.

There should be a better way of scoring because I see too many times, guests want to win themselves therefor they underscore other's dinners. The husbands and wives should be in a separate room when they score and then have both of their scores added together without the other one knowing what their score was. It would be a lot more fair in the end.

3 Michelin star restaurants. ..hmmm! Hopefully you werent lying all over the table, propping yourself up with your elbows and shrieking loudly whilst in those restaurants 😂
@getin39498 ай бұрын
They aren't in 3 star restaurants NOW so that's why they're just having fun and not worrying about appearances. I doubt they would have their elbows on the table in a 3 star, but I guess we'll never know.

Look rich to me more than wealthy. Wealthy is castle, secret passage, “love patting my livestock on the back / meet me in the library” money, they don’t give me that. They’re giving more Porsche & LV bags and “we eat Michelin star…” just rich. Bitcoinesque money. 😂

Ummm. American here, a hushpuppy is not a dumpling 😂😂😂😂
@angelbulldog49349 ай бұрын
Southern American here, and you're so right! Dumplings are from flour, hush puppies from cornmeal.
@getin39498 ай бұрын
And it's a Brit making it so he knew what it was but they still didn't look right. The Posh woman said dumpling which is what they actually looked like even though they were hush puppies. I'm not a fan of corn meal or deep fried items but the rest of it looked edible.

I'll be surprised if the young couple wins because they eat out alot in fancy restaurants. I wouldn't be surprised if they ordered fancy food in while the other guests weren't looking.😅

Yeah, the younger was the one that was going on the wine wasn’t properly paired with the food. 😂 then he goes on about eating certain stuff, but can’t pronounce it. 😂

Poor Helen and Simon. Trying hard to be something they are not, and getting it so wrong… but they were young and hopefully have found themselves by now.
@getin39498 ай бұрын
Nah, it's all about appearance and status to them. We are all so different and we have to have a mix of people in this world because if we were all the same it would be SO boring. As much as I'm not a fan of pretentious people, I just steer clear of them. Avoid them if possible and tolerate them if I have to.

The last "bank manager" I spoke to in the UK was in his early 20's --- I live in Greece and wanted to open a UK account - I told him I would be putting £250,000 into the account very shortly. He told me he wasn't interested because I didn't live in the UK. Knob
