Hi, first off I love the show it’s awesome. It gave me a second chance on my marriage. It’s the positivity the world needs so thank you!! I never comment on anything but I saw everyone talking about anxiety. I have been dealing with it for half of my life recently it became too much but I heard about some thing that I could try natural and I did. I wanted to recommend it vitamin D3 and magnesium glycinate these two every day in a matter of a week my anxiety decreased dramatically. Also my wife takes it and has experienced the same thing. I hope this helps!! P.s I was talking to my mom lol I found out that her natural doctor told her to take it for her anxiety she told me that it was good that I was taking it, but then I also needed to include K2 vitamin supplement anyway, I googled all of this. I hope this is helpful again.

I love Friday's with Tab and Chance. So many things said in this episode resonated with me and the partnership of me and my husband. My now husband was working with my son and that is how he and I connected and started dating. When Mrs Nicholson stated she had to learn not to take it personally it was definitely a word. I am working on this now..and how to address the issue at hand then later address the tone so he is aware. And understanding that as a man he deals with things outside the home daily and sometimes he just needs a hug too. Soooo many gems on this episode. Thank you for this one!!! I truly enjoyed it. ❤

This is one of my favorite episodes, for so many reasons. But, one of those being, at 34:20-26 speaks to dreams realized and not settling for what’s comfortable, even when struggling with anxiety and nervousness while standing in your purpose. It seems impossible to do, but with God all things are possible. This has helped me so much as an actor that has continuously tried to run away from the calling the past three years, but God won’t let me. Therefore, I know He’s going to sustain me in it.
