julianne moore I live in Europe and we do not have such a huge choice of coupons or system behind it. I recently downloaded the Too-Good-To-Go app. Here stores or restaurants and bakeries sell good food at a very reduced price at the end of business day or after lunch buffet closes. For €3,50/€4 you get a huge bag of veggies and fruits for example even organic stuff. Or whole meals and at my favourite fish restaurant 3 fish sandwiches/wraps. A great choice if you want to reduce good food waste , eat healthy and do something for your budget, too.

@dooweeeb18 Oh, Absolutely. It's smaller hauls at a time. You still want to look at sales, get your coupons together and what not but it's smaller hauls at a time. So walgreens may have a deal on shampoo so you stack the sale, any applicable coupons, ibottas, etc. And try to get that out of pocket per item as low as possible. It's not as extreme in my opinion but more realistic. :) Free stuff finder and savvyshopper are fantastic youtube channels to check out if you're interested in getting started!

Paula Stenavage no, it’s a old show and usually the production team gets permission for the participants to use as many coupons. Also, companies became very aware of the issues with their coupons after this show. Now, there is a lot of restrictions on the coupons like how many u can use and the size of the item etc...

In Britain if an item is on sale you can't use a coupon on it or get discount because the price is already lower. I know as I work in a supermarket. You also can't bulk buy many items.

Yup, they changed them a while back ago. Many coupons say limit 4 per trip and many stores even will limit you 4 coupons toward the same items. It's sad really because it's the same as cash!
