Criminal & Generational Dysfunction!! As a parent you have an obligation to monitor what goes on inside your homes with the children you're having! Charge these parents for neglect amongst other offenses! People are not safe out in these streets. Those that receive the most in hand-outs do the most damage, have idle time on their hands, are the most uncouth & out of control. Provided assistance for what? They're not using money to properly educate their children or enroll them in activities that they qualify for. There needs to be serious revamping & stiffer penalties! The lenielncy toward how minors are charged, punished and convicted. And then just re released back out. There has to be a changing of course to approach to the life and death issues at hand in our communities as we are facing them. Andnot just sit on our hands and just stand on their soap boxes as usual or protest but nothing was changed to make people suffer severe consequences for their actions. Its hard enough trying to survive with costs of everything and being taxed to death on our paychecks. Yet have put up with all this and not be safe as we pay for the social services from our taxes.
