@Scot Melick Police departments do things the average citizen doesn't understand. Some of the less intelligent go so far as to wonder why the cops don't just shoot the person when they find them (like they do in their imagination). In the real world police don't make announcements concerning cases until all the proper paperwork has been filed, the DA looks at the case to determine ALL the potential charges surrounding a crime, and they don't charge for things they don't think would be hard to prove if they have enough evidence to convict on more serious charges. That's the reason serial killers who say they've murdered many more than they are arrested for are usually NOT charged for every crime they claim; even if investigators believe everything the psycho says (remember, they're PSYCHO and so not generally believable nor trustworthy) there must be evidence for a conviction.

The dad took the son from his mother May 2020, telling her she would never see or talk to him again. The mother tried to get cops involved but they stated it was a civil case so she went to court and the system was slow. She is very distraught her son is dead. I hope the father is charged along with the girlfriend. They are bother monsters.

I am so damn sick of hearing about adults especially parents killing children! How can you hurt a child or want them dead. There needs to be a special process for people that hurt or kill children. A very long, painful and violent one.
@edwardteague79643 жыл бұрын
Jennifer, Jennifer, Jennifer. There is a special process in place and it was designed by prisoners in the jails and prisons. They are eagerly awaiting the arrival of those involved in the death of this child. And it won't be shaking hands, hugs and commissary items either.

All involved need to be held accountable. I'm hearing a lot of "the roommate of..." and "Balboa met up with another man..." Who are they?! Its enough that the dad, and other family definitely know more but there's also a lot of outsiders involved too.
@_Just_Another_Guy3 жыл бұрын
In all this chaos, I'd just like to know WHY the boy's school haven't contacted the kid's parents if he missed 3 consecutive weeks of classes? Or if they weren't able to get in touch with the parents, contact a close relative or family friend of the boy? The principal didn't do a follow-up. That's their job too! The boy missed 3 weeks of school and the school didn't give a sh*t!

She deserves everything she gets and the guy that helped her deserves the same but the guy who played along with her moving the body shouldn't be in trouble as he only went along with moving the little boys body he then left her in that room and call the police. That way he knew exactly were she was. Yes he sort of helped her but he didn't murder that little boy . If he had said no to her then she would have found someone else. The other guy may not have called the law. And Samuel body May never have been found. No the guy who called the police shouldn't be prosecuted.
