The girlfriend told the dad that the bio mom and an officer came and got the kid and dad believed her, that's why he was blaming bio mom.

The father kept the bio mother from seeing the baby. He never returned Samuel after his visit. They both shared custody but the mother had priority custody. Imagine being the momma and your baby is kept from seeing your baby by the father? Then to know the father gave the baby to his girlfriend that didn't live with him and had a protection order for the father and Samuel from Theresa. This was preventable. The father gets very little sympathy from me. He is disgusting to me. I hope everything comes out now that shows Dalton (father) his responsibility in this too even if he didn't kill the baby he still had a hand in it. Prayers for the mother Sarah Olson please pray for the mama. What a horrible thing she didn't deserve. Dalton should've given back the baby to Sarah in the first place period.

She ended up murdering her son and daughter the cops on the scene needed to take time off for there own mental health because the scene of the crime was so gruesome. :( may all these innocent little angels RIP 🙏

These cases involving babies break my heart every single time. It doesn't make any sense to me, how anyone could voluntarily and intentionally harm an innocent child, let alone take their life.. I just can't understand it, and it is especially confusing in situations like this where the adults involved clearly have an extensive support network around them. So many people obviously loved this child, he was wanted and cherished by his family.. There's no possible excuse. Ugh. This is all so sad and just wrong. On a much lighter, albeit completely unrelated, note, I'm low-key living for the sherriff rocking a fully winged smokey eye on the job at 10 am.. It's a serve.

How could the father of the boy not be concerned about his son if he had died may 10th and the dad didn’t even call to report it until may 27th??? And the grandparents did suspect anything either when the grandmother had full custody the dad should be arrested too he’s probably involved or he knew and he couldn’t care enough for his little son???? Why didnt the father know he was missing on the day he went missing? Where was the father and why did the gf have him if she had charges against her for beating up the father? Who leaves there child with a nonfamily member that is abusive ?Why didnt any of the babys family (grandmother) not see him for how long....april 30 im guessing? Im a Nannie of 3 and i talk or see my babies every day....if i dont call them or see them they are calling me. I CAN NOT understand how no one in that boys family not call and talk to him or see him check on him, do they care that little, did they not wonder about him or miss him just a little....April 30 last day in school, when was school let out for summer break May what? Why didnt the school do a welfare check, most schools arent out till toward the end of May......Look how many people failed this little boy...left him in the hands of a monster, did she kill him , idk but she had something to do with it.....

This is horrible. The father needs to be charged with child neglect at the very least. He knew he was putting his son’s life in the hands of a psychopath who lost custody of her own children. Did the bio mom bother searching for her son who was kidnapped for over a year by the father?? Why was he not charged with kidnapping? Do you just shrug your shoulders and go “oh well, I guess my kid lives with his dad now. I don’t need to check on him.” 🤷🏻‍♀️
