Important things as well: 0:51 First thing - Posture / Body language; 1:18 I agree with that way of standing as well; 1:43 Extra bonus tips (thank you very much); 2:17 Second thing - Styling your hair; 4:42 Third thing - Being a gentleman (full respect for that, I appreciate that as well); 5:35 Full respect for that told there Courtney; 6:17 Agree with that Courtney; 6:51 Who you really are inside that is what is matters as well; 7:08 Fourth thing - Face refresh; 9:43 Fifth thing - Put on the great outfit; 10:08 Agree with that dressing as well; 11:23 Sixth thing - Trimming your nails; and 12:56 to summarize all the told here as well. I agree with all the told here as well. I might add the other things that are attractive are these (few of these I have mentioned as well in one of your videos as well): 1. The way how does man takes care of the child, or children; 2. When man plays music instrument, or instruments (some girls are finding that attractive); 3. Showing the charisma as well; and 4. When man have some interesting hobby as well (some girls are finding that attractive). I had a chance to meet the girls or ladies that like my hobby, and playing music instrument as well. As for me I like doing model kits as well (if you are interested, you can as well see my channel that is dedicated to that hobby as well), and I play guitar as well. Also even some of the girls asked me what type of that model kit airplane is it, and I have explained it as well. What was so interesting was that I even met girls, and ladies that are interested in hobby modeling as well. Thank you very much Courtney for these tips and advice's as well. it means a lot ❤💙🤍🧐🤓😎.

I have a suggestion to turn this mess around. Change the divorce laws. With a divorce, the party should get out of the marriage the exact percentage of the estate they put into it based upon how many dollars they put into it. In other words, if a man contributed 90% of the couple's monetary value to the estate and the woman contributed 10%, she gets 10% and not a penny more. None of the crap about how she gets 50% or more just because. Both parties should be contributing value to the relationship that can't easily be measured monetarily. i.e. She takes care of the kids, he changes the oil in the cars, she cooks dinner, he mows the grass, etc. There is no way that her non-financial contributions should have a dollar value but his non-financial contributions do not have a dollar value. This would put an end to a lot of issues. Consider the case whereby the guy who built a $10 million dollar business marries his secretary. After two years, why should she get 1/2 of that or more? Even if she was with the company since the beginning, she was paid to be a secretary. That's it. She was already compensated. Marriage shouldn't make it a bonus check. Sadly, I don't see this changing as at least 1/2 the women support this because they profited off of it. The lawyers support it because they profit. The judicial system supports it because they profit. Our so-called "representatives" support this because their buddies profit. I think it also says a lot that mother's, with sons, are quiet. These mothers of sons obviously don't care about their sons because they do absolutely nothing to change this. If men were to try to get the laws changed they would be ignored, laughed at, told to "man up", or called some other derogatory term. The only way for a man to win is not to play.

@@Spectacular-Spider-Dan Dan I would like to pose a point of thought for you. I came to this conclusion when examining ancient vs modern culture. When a man realizes women are inferior beings, he begins to live his life. He focuses on his craft or careers and begins to excel. This in turn attracts women. When a woman realizes she is an inferior being, she she begins to live her feminine life. She stops be combative. Carries a gun for self defense. Appreciates everything that is done for her. I realize people have a issue with "inferior beings". Our liberal western societies see this as demeaning. Nature dictates otherwise. Just some food for thought for your group. Assuming emotions can be controlled.

Straight up a haircut, Seriously! After losing 150lbs and the combination of a haircut it helped my confidence skyrocket. I always had long hair down to my butt up until I turned 24 last year. Cut it off to a short style and instantly I felt like I looked handsome. And bonus, never knew I had a decently sharp jawline! Because my hair always covered the side of my head. A little bit of styling paste works amazingly.

Posture related tip: 1. Posterior chain strengthening exercises of the back of shoulder blades, scapula and traps strengthening help a lot. 2. Lower back extension and stretching (yoga exercises) help a lot 3. Isometric core exercises like holding planks help (because while standing or sitting you ideally must engage your core (with pelvic tilt) to a certain degree, and also while doing activities like picking up stuff and walking; to avoid lower back pain 4. Hip flexor stretching, since tight hip flexors because of sitting pulls our upper body down to slouched position to a certain degree. Note: Point 1 is also good warmup for upper body days in gym along with other things like training the grip. PS: Sorry for sidetracking Courtney :P

Excellent Tips Courtney; unfortunately for me I'm screwed by your very first one. While I am now in probably the best shape of my life - and working out daily to get in even better shape, as well as eating very healthy - thanks - or even more accurately - NO THANKS to my former habitual lifestyle of laziness, and crappy eating, I developed TYPE 2 Diabetes, which I had for over 30 years. Which was bad enough on it's own, but it also caused severe nerve damage which led to a very serious Heel ulcer, Peripheral Neuropathy in my legs and feet, and balance issues. Also my weight at one time ballooned up to an over disgusting 400 lbs. Talk about Self Sabotage. So even though I finally smartened up and decided to save my life ( lost nearly 200 lbs, reversed my T2 Diabetes, workout every day including doing a minimum of 200 Push-Ups, 60 Mountain, and climb a minimum of 120 stairs unaided daily all for over a year plus weight train 5 - 6 days per week), because of the nerve damage and balance issues I have to use a walker most of the time when I walk; and because I am 6' 1" tall I have to slouch forward when I walk. (Unless I want to walk completely erect like Frankenstein and only move 6 inches at a time. LOL. Which is definitely not an option.) So even though I'm doing as much as I can to better myself, exchanging my bad habits for good ones , following your, and other's tips and advice on grooming, style, do's and don'ts regarding talking to and treating/interacting with women, etc, my slouchy posture is one of the first things they see - not to mention the walker - so basically I'm screwed before I even start. Especially if I want to attract a younger woman. But I am not quitting, or giving up, or throwing in the towel. I believe in the "Half your age plus 7" "Rule" 😉 but because of my own fault I'm off to a bad start right off the bat regarding your tips. 😂 Sorry for the super long comment.

And again nobody takes into account what men go through. Maybe we don't feel like it because we got burned too often? I am done being the nice guy, it leads to nowhere. @@GetBenched2010 Plus in some places, it has the opposite effect. Do either of those and the women will just straight up remind you they have hands and can do it themselves. Then you are not being a gentleman. If a woman wishes you'd not done something, the gentlemanly thing to do is to apologize meaningfully and stop doing it. Being a gentleman is in how you act, not the things you do. Once you understand the difference, you'll know why your statement is wrong.
@michaelrespicio5683
@michaelrespicio5683 Жыл бұрын
@@codykirchner9606 Care to provide some examples to illustrate your point? It seems to me that how you act and what you do pretty much always go hand in hand. If they don't, you're just acting. That's all it boils down to: acting...like someone we're not, and that itself is an action if you don't normally do not them. Common examples of "gentlemanly" things like opening the door, pulling the chair, paying for that coffee or sandwich...these are all actions and in some places they are not just unexpected, they're frowned upon. If you're going to open the door for some girl, you might as well do it for everyone. See how many people find it attractive, but alas there can only be one girl you commit to, so I guess for a lot of other people it wouldn't matter. Of course, you'd instead spend the time on the date and let others use their hands. People can help themselves and in the grand scheme of things, chivalrous acts are so trivial they hardly matter. Try not doing them and see what happens. It just benefits the girls who can walk away anytime and you still lost how much money on dates for nothing that could have been better spent

I don't mind having my hair be a bit longer, but I'm unfortunately the kind of guy with a naturally high body heat - and it doesn't take much to get me sweating. next time a girls says this to me in an interaction, conversation, while asking her out, because i know that sometimes women will say this, just so they can be sure, they will sometimes say "are you asking me out?", i would say to her: 'DUH!!!!!!, OF COURSE I'M ASKING YOU OUT, I'M A GUY!!!!, ITS WHAT WE DO!!!!!!', i feel that will make me feel good about myself for saying a rude asshole response, just expressing sarcasm in a resentful way, because i know i'm not the only guy in the world that has always hated and resented how asking someone out has always been and probably forever will be on the mans shoulders, that it seems men have always had to do everything when it comes to starting or forming a relationship, being the one to make the first move, make advances and start interactions, be an interesting conversationalist, ive always been a fan of the belief that men need to be better talkers, be a better conversationalist than women do in order to be successful at dating have better social skills than women do overall, escalate things, take the god damn lead all the time. its another reminder, and i know people will say to never compare ourselves to others, don't worry about what others don't have to do or deal with, focus on you, but i get annoyed and enraged that there are even dating coaches for women, because i will never understand why would women need help on how to attract men when they don't have to be the ones to pursue, or approach, take any action on their part, that doesn't require any jackshit of skills, doesn't require any learning, any behavior development. Ya i will never understand and it makes me laugh and cringe when people say women need skills to do well in dating on their part, how? just exist and be pretty is not a skill, because being beautiful is not a skill since its not behavior based.

I recently got on the skin care wagon. I was in a pharmacy in Paris and the pharmacist sold me some stuff to put in the contours of my eyes - it's supposed to minimize the bags under your eyes. It smells great, like freshly mown grass or the forest after a rainstorm. It hasn't done anything yet but she said it takes a few weeks. Pretty expensive stuff, but I figure if anybody has the straight dope on skin care it's a Parisian pharmacienne.

Courtney's point about skin care is legit. I have been using SPF moisturiser for years and, despite being the oldest in my friend's group (36) I am usually picked as the youngest! It's a fun game where we ask girls to guess our ages. I normally get picked as 28 because I have few wrinkles and clean skin. It makes a real difference and helps with the confidence too!

Many aftershaves and the like will have a small level of SPF. I prefer Every Man Jack and their face cream, but I've used a few others. Look for a face cream or face lotion that lists SPF as a benefit.

I would say attitude as well. If you change your attitude a lot of that just happens by a result. Sometimes it's having proper attitude about yourself, women, humanity and life in general. It is amazing how perspective and attitude can make a difference for your posture, demeanor, voice, confidence etc. I think part of it is having a attitude to on two sides of the coin here of having a ability to be grateful for what you have and the other side is like a reality check in the other way where you are saying these are the things I can do better and working on those give you a perspective that you are doing the work as well. Then have a perspective that others are doing the best they can with what they got. The important thing imo is about finding the right person and its not about hook ups or whatever just try to find the right person in that there is that effortless ability for you two to kind of be on that same page. It shouldn't be that hard for you two. There is an excitement there you can't fake. So part of that is something to pay attention to imo and can help in your interactions see if there is a compatibility and nice level of appreciation for each other is there. Appreciation for yourself and others is where it starts.

Like I say in every video, this will benefit the top 5-10% of men that women are actually attracted to. If you are in the bottom 90%, women will still find you invisible or creepy whether you do these things or not. However, forget women altogether, do these things for you. The one definite thing I agree with is "be a gentleman". Even if you are a disgusting hobo, you can still be a gentleman. I'm bald, but many women told me "your beard is too huge, shave it off". Look, none of these women would hook up with me if I shaved off my beard anyway. So why am I going to change my look for women that aren't interested in the firstplace? Again, if you are a top 10% dude, these changes may get you into the top 5% and get you on women's radar. As for the rest of you, do these changes for you. 🎤👇

Yep, exactly right. I grow my beard in spite of them. And you’re right, shaving it won’t change anything.It’s like the last stand of masculinity that they can’t get their hands on. The more intimidating I look the better. Even though I never look for trouble of any sort- from either sex.

Actually, no. This will benefit average men the most. Move them up some percents. If the 5-10% men make themselves better looking they will become too good looking, hence less approachable. There is a ceiling and It's a trap. I did an experiment this past weekend related to this very topic and the results were shocking to say the least.

I've got something to say on the tip of being a gentleman. I've always been a gentleman with the ladies because that's just who I am. What has being a gentleman with the ladies gotten me? I can tell you exactly what it has gotten me, THE FRIEND ZONE!!! I continue to be a gentleman because as I've said that's just who I am. IN my experience though, it's usually the loud, rude assholes who are the only one;s that get anywhere with the women. They ladies would always act as if they were angered and offended by their behavior. In the end though, they would usually be going off with them and leaving me wondering what in the hell just happened?

It is smart to say that..to make a good first impression for a specific category of women. The only trouble with this theory is: when i Take a coffee at the mall and look others people passing front of me, the couples dont have necessary good clothes, hair and so on. Dont forget that the goal is to find a partner..

When I see women who are obviously caring about their appearance and make themselves look good and can be caring as well, I'm instantly more attracted to them. Chivalry - I am having an internal struggle with this. I open doors to buildings and take the side closest to the road - even with strangers. But things like pulling a chair out or opening the car door, (doesn't it seem weird to stand when a lady leaves the table?), etc, I tend to do only at the very start. I see it as something that is impossible to keep doing long-term in this day and age. Thoughts?
