When I was much younger, I dated a rich gal from Mexico City. She lost interest in me at some point, and she told me why. She said I needed to play games better. She said I should call her every day for a few days, then deliberately NOT call one day to make her wonder - keep her off-balance. I mourned the loss of that relationship for about 30 minutes, but never heeded her advice. It never seemed like a recipe for finding the right girl for me. I am what I am. Eventually, I found the one who appreciated what I am. We've been together 36 years.

I've had women ask me out. Unfortunately I wasn't interested in any of them. BUT, I still gave them a date because I admired their ambition and to see if maybe "sparks would fly". Unfortunately again, no second date for any of them, just not interested, no sparks. But it was still REALLY NICE to be asked out.

I've definitely been approached by women in the past, going back to high school. It almost never happens "cold," it's usually a matter of being in an existing milieu with them, like a class, or a work environment. And generally what they do is just start talking to you about things and make it very obvious that they're interested, they don't ask you out directly or anything.

I do. I'm just someone that values my time and I just want to get the answer or move on. I'm short and thick, so I know that there is a 40% chance depending on who they are, or think they are, or if they are alone, or with their friends that they'll accept.

If your interested in an relationship. Take a step back and simply observe from the sidelines for awhile. Put yourself in the 'friend zone' and you're going to quietly and quickly see how they treat the people around there world. Won't be long to realize if you want to step up your game or if you dodged a bullet. If marriage is for life yet divorce exists at such a high ratio... Then playing the long game may be of high benefit to those in the sport

The idea behind "tricking" guys into dates is probably because of the minority of guys the majority of women pursue, online dating has it at 90% chasing 10% but I doubt there isn't something similar happening in the meatspace of normal life and even if it's as low as 60 chasing the top 40 it'll lead to that kind of behavior.

Last month, my Girlfriend had her period and she was so sick, so I had to go to the supermarket to buy her sanitary napkins. When I was at the aisle and I looked at all this different brands, heavy bleading, tampons..., I realized this was way over my head. So I approached the cashier and ( some Women/Men behind me, waiting at the chechout) I said "This is my first time....., that I buy sanitary napkins, can someone pls help me out?"( A bit too loud, because all the ladies overheard me). Everbody laughed big time and all Women were offering me to help out. Very nice of them.

Oddly most of my dating with women have been started by them. I dated a woman I met looking far an apartment. I have been approached by many women on the Transit system. I even had a girl creep me out. She chased me through a subway train, then sat opposite me and stared at me smiling. I can honestly say without knowing, I was treating them like most men get treated. I have heard the words "what? I'm not good enough for you" after a friendly conversation.

That one dude (ConfidentChris) was talking about interactions and conversation before a relationship has been established though. I get what he is saying through an experience I had recently being friend and to my thoughts being seeked by a woman on Facebook that I thought was attractive and interesting. After about a week of us talking back and forth, she went really cold on me for about 4 days and I mentioned that I wanted to continue to get to know her and wondered if that point had passed. She replied later that day with a very big attitude saying that apparently I was pressuring her to drop what she was doing to get to know me. I was quite appalled and taken aback by that accusation and just apologized and stopped talking to her. I felt it was quite a shame that she thought I came off like that, but It did show me her true colors in a sense. I don't like being thought of in that ways, so I won't pursue someone who feels that's me.

The cheater's mindset never ceases to puzzle me. Specifically the ones who knowingly get involved with someone they know is married or already dating someone, they feel so proud of themselves when they leave their SO for them. This is such a toxic and disfunctional relationship at the very beginning. Two people who obviously cannot be trusted to be faithful yet they think the other one will be faithful to them? Gives me a migraine thinking about the twisted moral compass and psyche needed to see that as acceptable.

Some people generate an "anxious attachment style" in others who might not otherwise be that way by their hot and cold behavior. Being able to tell people to walk away is a different thing from being able to do it yourself. There's an emotional detachment when it is not happening to you that doesn't exist when it is you. You would not drive your car with your eyes closed, taking instruction from passengers and bystanders. You can't live your life that way either. Pay attention to what the perrson does but be the driver.

@Cantetinza17
@Cantetinza17 2 жыл бұрын
1. I get what she is getting at, but if you walk away, I'm just gonna be like, "Well that was nice", and continue what I'm doing. I would rather you give a compliment and ask if you can sit down next to me or if you can have a seat at my table. One guy gave me a compliment at a Halloween party, he complimented me and said, "I don't know what your relationship status is, but if you're single here's my number, I'd like to take you out and get to know you". I called that night and we went out to dinner and we were in a relationship for almost three years. 2. I agree if I like you I'll approach first. 3. If someone isn't paying attention to me then I'll chill out on them especially if we aren't a couple yet. I'm not gonna waste my words on that. If I'm available next time they want to hang out then cool I'll hang out with them, but if we are a couple I'm gonna let them know in a loving way. 4. That's Toxic and childish. What is the point? 5. I agree if this person you are dating hasn't taken you out on a date it's time to let it go or just say, "Why haven't we gone out on a date"? Hell even cooking me dinner is a date for me. 6. There are just some people out there that like jerks (know to leave those people alone). 7. Agreed. 8. Always remember, "How you get them is how you'll lose them". If he cheated on his wife with you, what makes you think the same won't happen to you?

You're correcting someone for his ghosting advice but the decision about getting together may already have been said. Ghosting is really more than a day of silence rather than connection. If someone leaves 24 hrs between, unless they've lost their phone or hr it's stolen or something really serious has happened then they're ghosting you. It's up to them to fix it if it's serious or phone is lost.

I don't think most men are trying to put a woman on a pedestal Instead I believe most men are scared about the reactions that a woman could have with him While she's in a conversation with him or he is in a situation with her Because nowadays When a woman could talk about a man badly to tear into his reputation to make other people believe the same way that she does about him most people don't question her details in her stories about him So ladies tell me that I'm telling a lie in my comments that I left

If I want to play games, I'll just fire up the SNES or Sega Dreamcast. Any girl who wants to play games, I have a second controller. Oh wait, she's not talking about those type of games. In that case, chicks want to play games I just walk away. The only way to win is not play at all.

World's shortest Fairy Tale: Once upon a time a Guy asked a girl " will you marry me?" The girl said "No!" And the Guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and went fishing and hunting and played Golf a lot and drank beer and scotch and had money in the bank, kept his beloved sportscar, went out late with friends, kept in trim and went to the gym and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.....THE END

Basically, men be men. Men should not play games, but he confident and direct. Men need to remember that they have the power, and that they should use it towards good aims, and not taking advantage of lots of women. In the end, women are not looking for one night stands, no matter what they say, they are looking for a leader to take control and provide a good life for them and their children. Biology and a billion years of evolution can't be changed by 60 years of feminisn; nor should it. Men, the world is yours. Take care of it.

When I'm having a conversation with another guy I can be myself to express my own opinion without a man looking at me in a weird way Towards any topic that I can discuss with that man But when it comes to me speaking to a woman Then I will say hell no! Especially when it comes to the double standards that females have towards a man that a woman could be in a conversation with Also I'm not denying that as men especially me being one myself we don't have double standards when it comes to us speaking to a woman

I'm not going to lie. Giving a genuine compliment with a random question while passing has worked a lot for me. The woman doesn't necessarily come find you, but it does make them more receptive because you are showing genuine interest in a natural way without coming across thirsty, overbearing, or awkward.

Thats the morgan freeman game. Basically give them a compliment and show your interest… then keep it moving. Lots of women will become more receptive to a direct advance after having laid that foundation. In other words, they may make eye contact further down the line and show you choosing signals/interest. Of course, some wont. And morgan freeman basically said you just kick back and see which women take the bait and start showing interest. Donr worry about the ones that dont. He basically called it a cheat code.

I do not believe approaching a random woman you do not know is a good idea, it almost never works. Women need social proof and they are biologically afraid of stranger men. A woman has to know the man first, so no this is not going to work ever, besides that's manipulation technique, and quite honestly running away from the rejection so nothing manly about it. I say chase excellence men, don't ask random women out its a waste of your energy.
