It leads to stepping up and being a role model for your children, grandchildren etc. A wise man once told me, “live so you’ll be missed when your time has come”. Putting yourself first is a fine balance. Sometimes you have to put others first. I suppose that is the challenge.

"Putting yourself first" is an American cultural trait that is passed along in conversations like this video. Consider South Vietnam culture - very different - family first instead of self first. Example: My wife has worked very hard for 11 years we have been together - only to help her sisters in VN and keeps NOTHING FOR HERSELF. This is how country (NOT CITY!) South Vietnam women are, and the mothers teach their children to be this way - passing along this wonderful cultural trait.To this day, she still gives me the asparagus tips and gives herself the stems. If you want a selfless person to be your partner in life, then look to other cultures becasue that is not taught in America.

@@howmathematicianscreatemat9226 Thanks for the feedback. Some of the things mentioned do require a deeper explanation, maybe I'll make a series of KZbin videos on it. A lot of those traits are "inner game" or personality traits a person adopts for himself. Stuff like: Never brags, sincere/kindness, lack of jealously, in your own headspace... all that stuff can be achieved by simple meditation/reflection and just choosing to start behaving that way. Think, reflect, then start being that way. Some things are harder to do than others. I used to find it very difficult to approach a beautiful girl in the past, but I've slowly chipped away and worked on it and I am much more comfortable talking to random girls now. I don't do everything on this list but look back at it and work on things I need to improve on.

Boundaries and Authenticity are 100% - for me - the key. I was always the "yes" guy. My colleagues knew that if they presented the issue in a certain way that I would take it off their plate (with no care in the world as to what I had ALREADY on my plate). That has changed. Well, is changing. I am not perfect. Authenticity - aka, your relationship with YOU - is very important as well. What does your internal dialogue look like? Mine is not always so great. But....working on that. If someone speaks unkindly to themselves....well, there is work to do. As always, Courtney, you are killing it. Job well done.

High value women: - fit, slim, and takes great consistent care of her body - peaceful and feminine energy (NOT a Feminist!!!) - open minded and interested and asks a lot of questions - humble and not vain and obsessed with her looks taking IG selfies and posting them all day - believes in adding value to the world instead of just being a taker and entitled - genuine, and authentic and non-manipulative and doesn't play games or mind games - barely wears any make up and does not have fake eye lashes, boobs, or nails. Natural beauty - low sexual partner count and respects her body as being sacred - classy and elegant (this is a super rare one in 2021) - well thought out and not just a hedonistic emotional ostrich jumping from one impulse to the next - has a few close girl friends and has great relationships with them. Doesn't hang out with tons of guys or her ex boyfriends - willing to put her phone away and be fully present during a conversation - not on tinder and all the other dating sites.

Here are the traits I find in a high value woman: 1) Chastity 2) Beauty/fitness 3) Wisdom to make good choices 4) Traditional Mindset (wants to raise family/be a good mother) 5) Belief in God 6) Selfless/loving/affectionate 7) communicates feeling well so i can understand and is humble Conversely I do not care for these traits/characteristics or will not pursue unless of course I decide to settle: 1) How much money she has. 2) If she has kids 3) Promiscuous (sex creates soul ties and reduces ability to pair an intimate bond) 4) If she's feminist 5) If she's fat (Truly i dont care but ive been there done that and its hard to deal with people with extreme self esteem issues. I cannot save you although i tried and I cannot be your source of happiness. I have found that when a girl is very overweight it comes with mental health issues.) 6) Mental Health issues 7) Doesn't believe in God 8) Prideful/entitled person
