The prosecution was weak and made several monumental errors. Probably their biggest error was allowing Simpson to try on gloves that had been soaked in blood, and that had consequently shrunk, while he was wearing latex gloves. That led to Johnny Cochran’s nursery rhyme “If it doesn’t fit..”, which clearly the hand-picked, simple-minded, and gullible jurors were made to believe. Their second monumental error was not to include Simpson’s attempted getaway car chase during which he virtually confessed : “I deserve to get hurt” while being in a clearly suicidal state of mind. F. Lee Bailey even admitted to believing that Simpson was guilty, yet he defended him using every dirty trick in the book, as did Alan Dershovitz. The prosecution was overcome by a highly-skilled team of professional liars and deceivers, and by their own incompetence and errors. The civil trial fortunately came up with the correct verdict = “RESPONSIBLE for the death of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman” which in a criminal trial would mean that he is GUILTY of both murders. The American Justice System will hopefully learn from the farcical criminal trial which clearly did not achieve its purpose of finding the truth and punishing the criminal/murderer. Incredibly, even after committing a double murder and getting away with it by employing the most competent attorneys that money could buy, Simpson was still stupid enough to perpetrate the crime of armed robbery for which he was convicted, and served several years in jail. The man is clearly a blindly narcissistic and psychopathic killer, but still : some deaf, dumb and blind individuals believe he is innocent. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔😳

@zeejimi4044
@zeejimi4044 2 жыл бұрын
@@brian4019 Yep 👍 The prosecution made their first capital error right on the first day of the trial : they put all of their cards on the table, and then the defence knew that they just had to cast some doubt on each part of the evidence. The defence then lied and deceived about the blood evidence being planted and manipulated, and of course it was not, but Fuhrmann’s lie about not using the n-word worked wonders for them. So, the blood evidence at the crime scene, in Simpson’s car, on Simpson’s socks in his house etc etc were negated because a detective once used the n-word (…what ???!!!). Let’s consider once again what really happened here ! A man kills his ex-wife and her acquaintance, and in doing so leaves a huge amount of very compelling DNA evidence at the crime scene, in his car, in his driveway, on his porch, in his house, on his socks etc etc but a detective once said the n-word, so the jury acquits the double murderer.. how sick, bizarre, and utterly stupid and unjust does it get ??? 🤮🤮🤮 Simpson even proved after the trial that he is not only a psychopath, but also a moronic narcissist, by committing armed robbery after the murder case for which he unfortunately served only a small part of the sentence. The US Judicial system obviously has laws and rules for the rich and famous, and other laws and rules for the Normal U.S. Citizen.

It doesn’t matter what they “knew.” It matters whether the prosecution met their burden of proof, which is “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Watching the openings, closings, and a lot of the testimony, I can see why they ruled the way they did. I believe OJ killed them, but can’t say that the prosecution met their burden of proof, and if they don’t, the only verdict is “not guilty.” They fucked up when they brought Fuhrman to testify. Even though the jury wasn’t present for the “5th amendment” questioning, they got a statement from Ito basically giving them permission to completely question Fuhrman’s credibility, and Cochran was allowed to present Fuhrman’s statements on the tapes in his closing arguments anyway. By the end of the case, the jury knew Fuhrman had lied under oath, which kinda makes any of his testimony or evidence gathered by him questionable. Add in Scheck’s arguments against the DNA evidence, which at the time was not considered the conclusive judgment it is today, and that’s already reasonable doubt. Throw in all the witnesses they brought to shatter the prosecutions timeline of events and I can see why they gave the verdict they did.

Of course not. Murder is tragic, whoever it is. But, we have a brain with two lobes. We love the attractive, the tragic, the dramatic. But, when it really comes down to it, two human beings were brutally murdered, and many, many more lives were ruined. And, most people feel that sadness for anyone who has to endure the losses, and those who have been lost, regardless of what they look like. 🌹

Blame the prosecutors for screwing it up, then. It matters whether the prosecution met their burden of proof, which is “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Watching the openings, closings, and a lot of the testimony, I can see why they ruled the way they did.

I don't remember it exactly but he said something like "the Bronco was on the L & the limo turned R" HOWEVER he used the OPPOSITE HANDS so he used his Rhand while saying the Bronco was on the L & used his L hand while saying the limo turned R... I'm not doing it justice but if he'd used his hands to describe it how it actually happened, the limo driver would've looked at or driven past the Bronco but the way he'd done it, swapping things around visually, he made it look like it didn't happen or he couldn't have gotten a good look... I had to watch it a couple times to really grasp it, I wish I could give a timestamp in a video but my jaw was on the floor when I realized what I'd seen! @@Jim.Jim.32 retarded take. OJ was a strong individual. And when you have a really sharp knife in a rage, a man half your age has no chance unless that person is a 6 foot 200 pound Krav Maga expert.

This guy literally got away with it because someone didn't have a backbone and didn't want to set off the black community. What does that tell you about the black community if you can't even return the correct verdict due to the inevitable reaction.

I couldn’t help but notice that white America didn’t burn down Los Angeles when OJ was acquitted. Cochran basically threatened that LA would burn if OJ was convicted.

We know what it means overall with white people? The world has seen and/or knows what whites have done globally as colonizers, imperialists, etc. With that being said, in America, the handwriting is on the wall. What about the biggest domestic terrorist act ever done to Americans occurred in Tulsa, OK. by whites upon Black people. There are countless other injustices as you very well know, but choose to ignore. Then there are so many you’re ignorant to the facts.

Marcia was going through a divorce and custody, her husband leaked her nudes from a vacation when she was young. She had 2 boys and was a single Mom. I think she was treated poorly by the defense attorneys and the judge. That wouldn’t fly today. The public picked on her appearance. I felt bad for her. She’s a very strong woman.

One BIG lie Cochran said (and is sampled in this video)....he said "OJ had no time" to commit the murders. I will contend against this statement with 100% certainty of my position after an experiment I did just last week. Last week I visited Southern California to mourn the loss of a death in the family. While out there, I had an interest in doing my own investigation (albeit decades later) on the Simpson case (since I have been on a recent rabit trail lately of re-watching the case). Here's what I did. 1. I pulled up Google maps and had it lead me to the corner of Rockingham and Ashford where OJ's mansion on 360 North Rockingham once stood. 2. I then had google maps lead me to the 800 block of Bundy where Nicole and Ron were murdered. 3. I then had google maps lead me to the corner of 26th and San Vicente. A pivotal landmark where Kato Kaelin confirmed a very specific timeline on the night of the incident. 4. I had Google Maps lead me to the McDonald's on Santa Monica BLVD near 26th (where a Carl's Junior still stands across the street, confirming Kato's additional landmark). Then....after catching my bearings on where all of those locations were...I did the following.... I went back to Rockingham. Drove from there to the McDonald's on Santa Monica BLVD near 26th. I also took note of when I reached 26th and San Vicente and from there reached the McDonald's about 7 minutes later (consistent with Kato's timeline). Then, I went through the McDonald's drive through to simulate as close to the time frame as I could. Then drove BACK to Rockingham. Waited 5 mintues (as though I was dropping off Kato) and then went to Bundy. Spent 10 very long minutes there (it was earie). Then went back to Rockingham. I had TIME TO SPARE..... it hadn't even been a full hour yet. OJ..........IS GUILTY!!!! PERIOD!!!!!
