Why doesn't Janey ever acknowledge that Laci was found in remnants of CREAM colored pants and a nursing bra . NOT the black pants white pull over that Scott claimed she was wearing on the 24th? The last time anyone ( other than Scott of course ) saw Laci was on the 23rd . She had her last ultrasound with Connor and took Scott to SALON SALON Amy 's( Laci's half sister salon) to get his hair cut . She was wearing cream colored pants and cream black polka dot shirt Her top was found in hamper in their bedroom but pants were missing. She was most probably murdered on the 23rd .... The black pants white pull over and jewelry that Scott claimed she was wearing when he last saw her 🙄 was what she was probably GOING to wear for Xmas Eve Dinner.Scott most likely KNEW that which is why he gave that description .. ( Please keep in mind that Laci had a difficult pregnancy .her doctor told her to stop walking her dog as she was getting so sick and dizzy going for walks throughout her pregnancy .... Funny how Janey doesn't like talking about Scott turning Connor's nursery into a storage room. Trying to sell the house and her car calling a CRIMINAL defense lawyers ( when police did initial walk through the house on 24th they saw( and photographed phone: book opened to lawyers) flirting with Anne: birds( half sister) young babysitter while laci was "missing " The list goes on. He "couldn't go in there" .and it will remain closed until there's a "little guy" in there. Only after his arrest when the police did a walk through of the house did you see what a cruel deception that was. Please also keep in mind.. he did not even want children. Family said that Scott a really said "I was hoping for infertility" ... When he was cheating with Amber . He liked her daughter but when they did ussrd children. He said he wanted to have a vasectomy .and if they had a future he just wanted her daughter Not only did he turn Conniers nursery into a storage room) He tried to sell the house and Lacis car within the first couple weeks He ordered hardcore porn channels .. this is someone who had no interest in being tied down to Laci and Connor. - showed no concern that they were missing . Yes. There was a massive amount of circumstantial evidence which due to its amount and what came up, is just as good as any other sort of evidence. Too many oddities and police reported they’d found evidence he was also planning on killing Amber Frey too. His own sister wrote a book, “Blood Brother”, because she was convinced of his guilt. I was called "snooks" by my grandpa. Every kid I watch or take care of is called "snooks" it is called a "term of endearment." Radio DJs called out to him with bullhorns while airing their show live from in front of his house, his house had been broken into, and the volunteer center had shut down. So he was living essentially out his car and with family and friends. The defense played the wire tapped recording from police where Scott specifically told John his brother that it's best he didn't play golf because the media were following him, and he didn't want another picture of him in the papers.

I would love for someone to ask Janey why the witnesses she likes to push all changed their story. Why Scott put the boat cover in the shed and then put the leaf blower on it so it leaked gasoline all over it. What was he doing with the leaf blower. If she thinks it odd that Laci was washing the entire floor when the housekeeper had done it less than 24 hours before and they hadn't even been home all day or cooked dinner that night, so why was the floor so dirty that she had to mop it before she cooked or did anything else. An anonymous call came into their hotline. It is referred to as the AMW tip. The caller said he had a conversation with two men who were bragging about Laci’s murder. The second man was unnamed, but the tipster gave a description and knew where the second individual lived. It was reported that the first man said “when they did it they thought it was going to be just another murder case . . . now it’s a big case all over TV and news . . . and they are blaming the husband and they are not getting any attention.” went on to say how stupid everyone was. The caller went on to say that he knew where the first man lived with his mother; his mother has the same last name. The last name is worth mentioning because four days earlier, the Modesto Police had encountered the Mother. She was present at her neighbor’s home when police came looking for the Medina’s stolen property. There was a strong connection between the Doe family and burglar Steven Todd. Certainly, this would merit follow-up, especially since the AMW operator stated this caller was 100% sure. Unfortunately, the extent of their follow up was this: This tip was given to a Modesto police officer, the same officer that encountered the mother four days earlier. This officer drove to the sons house, which was one block away from where he had encountered the mother, four days earlier. The son was standing outside. The officer confirmed his identity and asked where he was on December 24th. He said he was “locked up.” The officer called the jail and a deputy confirmed that John Doe had been in jail on the 24th, so the officer did not ask any other questions. The tip did not say he had murdered Laci, the tip just said “they did it.” It is not clear at all who “they” are. However, the officer asked no more questions. The officer never asked why it would be reported that he was bragging about the murder of Laci Peterson; whether he knew anything about Laci’s whereabouts; or about his mother’s connection to the Medina burglary. It was recently verified the first man WAS NOT IN JAIL during December of 2002. The deputy that had confirmed he was in jail had used an intake document that only estimates an inmate’s jail stay, it was not updated once he was released. The MPD screwed up big time.

The problem with the robbery happening two days later is that there were newscasters in front of the Peterson home all day on the 26th. So how could it have been burglarized on that day? I do agree though burglars don’t just kill people in the act because that jumps from burglary to murder but still it makes no sense for it to have happened on the 26th.

Actually his neighbors thought he was guilty. No one saw her alive. All those "witnesses" changed their stories multiple times. Not one witness stuck to their original story, not one. Why do you think they were never called by the Defense? They were all spoken to by Scott's Defense team and yet never called as witnesses? And the police did speak to those witnesses. You are just buying into what the Petersons are selling to the world, but when you actually read the statements, when you go over it, you realize very quickly that those witnesses never saw her. Scott said when he left Laci was mopping the floor. He left around 10.08, the dog was found by the neighbor at 10.18. So none of those witnesses who all said they saw a pregnant lady before 10.18 saw Laci. Secondly, Scott said Laci was intending to mop the entire floor, he even listed the areas. So for an eight month pregnant woman, she had 10 minutes to mop the entire house, and put the dog on the leash and then according to Janey, run inside because she forgot something. Also there were actual neighbors in the street at the time Janey likes to say Laci was out walking and not one of them saw her. Yet all these random strangers did after a reward for information poster was put out.
