Well, Chad Daybell’s children are in BIG denial that their father killed their mother, and that’s pretty dang obvious. It is a horrible situation to be in, for sure.

I’ve followed that one from day 1. His kids are despicable not supporting their murdered mother at all even after all the evidence and making faces at the news cameras and posting cryptic pictures and messages on the property that is the gravesite of 2 innocent children. What a lovely and empathic sentiment. As our Edgar Cayce espoused, "Don't JUDGE, as you will become who you condemn".

Huh? All l said was that Chad Daybell's children are in complete denial about their father killing their mother and that it was a horrible (sad) situation for these children to be in--to have been put there by their father. I was actually being empathic towards his children. Though I have minus-O sympathy for their manipulative, adulterous and murderous father. Look, I'm judging! And by the way, the psychic, Edgar Cayce, is not "ours" (though he may be yours). In many ways, he was just as disturbed as Chad and Lori Daybell. (Though he never murdered anyone.) Any person reading about his bizarre beliefs and failed predictions would know that, though you're free to make an icon out of him, if you wish. Also, that often-misinterpreted and misapplied "Do not judge" quote is from the Bible--not Edgar Cayce (though he changed it just slightly). The actual verse reads, " Do not judge, lest you also be judged" (Matt 7:1) @@kristinefrink5726
@ejmzadventures8437 Жыл бұрын
@@kristinefrink5726 there’s no “judging” their father’s new wife was convicted of killing his new step children who were buried on his property prior to his wife being murdered per autopsy facts and his emails and texts gave it all away in court. The court and a jury of her peers judged her. Next it’s his turn. What was done to their mother and those children and Charles is deplorable and sick. If they don’t want to make a public statement that’s fine but to be sticking your tongue out at media and posting pics of a gravesite on your father’s property where you’re riding ATVs etc is heartless. And not one made or sent a statement for their mother in Lori’s sentencing. That is heartbreaking and sad. Poor Tammy.

@@klw3876 what are you on about??? Hallucinations and paranoia from opiates?? Even opiate withdrawal wouldn't cause hallucinations or paranoia. Maybe enough sleep deprivation from withdrawal could cause that, but that would be from lack of sleep, not opiate withdrawal. I'm sure he killed them but his addiction isn't really that relevant to the murders. I've struggled with addiction for years and know plenty of ppl who have done the same. The most common crime you find opiate addicts commit as a direct result of their addiction is retail theft. Addicts usually steal from corporate stores like Walmart or Target to hustle up enough money to get well(out of withdrawal) for the day. Murder isn't something you would commonly see from someone in that situation unless there's additional circumstances at play. Which would at that point, have almost nothing to do with their addiction. Just informing you so you don't continue walking around thinking and spouting off nonsense.

@dianealarcon8304 Жыл бұрын
The money and pills go to what was going on in his life, it is the videos that place him at the kennels moments before the murders. The calls, texts, car GPS show his movements before and after the murders, the conversations with family, friends and staff show his mindset and alibi setting, and the weapons and ammunition used showed they came from his home. Paul’s friends identified the weapons, one of which went missing after the murders, and Maggie’s cell phone was tossed as Alex drove pass the spot where the phone was recovered ( GPS and phone data). The evidence presented in court proved he was there.

I see it the exact same way. Buster knows that his father is not a good person. But just like the guy in the video said: Admitting that his FATHER not just shot, but executed his mother and brother... If this truth would destroy Buster (that can happen), then he should hold on to this denial. It's not "sad", it doesn't make Buster a defender of a killer.. It's just called"being human". Every single time someone kills the own child .. strangers scream "NO parent kills the own child!" Even though we know that this is not true. But a son is expected to believe just like that that his father did this? That is not fair... Same thing with Buster speaking up at all.. He is hunted by media, journalists and people who have nothing better to do.. I read comments about "Throw Buster in jail for killing Stephen Smith already!" Just to make sure: Stephen's mother (who is an incredible human being) NEVER encouraged stuff like that. Sandy wants that they admit already that Stephan was MURDERED and that they try and solve who did it. She wants to make sure that certain names are not excluded from being QUESTIONED because they belong to prominent families. She NEVER called to hunt Buster down or even named him as a suspect.. But still.. Buster is the sole survivor.. And tons of people are spreading all over the internet that he must be just like his father.. He didn't have much of a choice here. He kept his head down, hoping this all will die down.. it didn't.. Now he knows: All those "documentaries" and stuff will happen and all he can do is choose if those will talk ABOUT him or WITH him.. Maybe those who are after him that bad should give him a break.. I am NOT saying that Buster is a great guy who never did anything wrong, I don't know him.. But for now.. he is a victim.. caught in a nightmare that won't end.. just like tons of other victims of his dad.

@@mish4164Yeah. He totally did it. Something that really made sense to me about his son being shot twice, is that Alex likely shot him in the chest first (thinking it would immediately kill him) but as he starts to lower the gun so he can hurry and pick up the other one, his sons is still standing and lurching towards him. Alex has no time to react, and in his crouched position to lay down his gun, hes startled and shoots upward at him, shooting him in the head in the process. I don't think Alex EVER intended to shoot him in the head. He would have considered that "wrong". And I think there was genuine emotion afterwards (for a a few seconds) when hes with the cops and saying his sons brains were on the ground. Like he's upset because he never wanted or intended that and it was a lot harder for him to see. Anyway this theory not only explains the odd angle his son was shot at, but also makes sense that a father wouldn't want to mangle his sons face or head. (Not that shooting him at all is ok. But psychopaths like him rationalize things.) Anyway, Alex is where he belongs. The jury got it right. It's sad Buster can't see the truth. Ms. Murray has a very, very deep understanding of this case. It’s a very complex case; you have to understand the history, Alec Murdaugh’s drug use, his drug-selling and dealing (more than using, but also using) the landing air-strip on his property. Alec Murdaugh is protecting Buster by not naming the killer. I do not believe he shot his son Paul in the face. Look at the video of them riding the property earlier in the day. Buster said his father didn't get a fair trial, he didn't say he thinks his father is innocent of murder did he?
@klw3876 Жыл бұрын
Oh , give it a rest . I have yet to see any true grief from Buster. He had no emotion whatsoever when crime scene / injuries of his mom & brother were detailed. Yet ,when his father was found guilty,he cried. Buster has been living off of stolen money and will kiss his dads behind as long as he benefits financially. Alex Murdaugh kilked Maggie & Paul and that was evident by his reactions during closing arguments. I feel Buster has not stood up for Maghie & Paul . I truly believe Alex killed them and they both looked Alex in the eyes and knew who wanted them dead .

If Alex truly loved and wanted his son to begin to heal and move forward with his life from this these horrific murders he committed then he should come clean with Buster and tell him the truth, but regardless of his appeal he probably will never do that because he’s a selfish, manipulative, self absorbed man who will take that lie to his grave rather then risk losing the last person who is still willing to support or help him in anyway in prison.

I find it hard to believe that Buster did the Fox Nation interview for the money. He had to know his cooperation in an interview would shed renewed criticism on him. I bet Alex pressured him to do it. I think Alex will continue to use Buster to get things he needs, and in a way I feel sorry for Buster (who probably cringes whenever he sees phone calls come in from his Dad). I feel sorry to say that the only thing that may bring Buster peace is when his Dad finally dies in prison.

The two guests essentially advocating Murdaugh's innocence are ridiculous. To the female guest, if he didn't pull the trigger and knows who did he's still guilty because that would mean he hired someone to do it. What motive would a stranger have to kill only those two and not Alec when he was there at the scene? Yes lady, its not up to Alec to prove his innocence but the prosecutors proved his guilt.

Everyone thinks he has all this money stashed but he didn’t -he spent it all…he knew the hammer was coming down at work & any money he could get his hands on was wrapped up in Mag & Paul’s lives/murders & his inheritance from his father so, yes, they had to go & he planned it long ago bc he knew his stealing would catch up to him (Paul was a bonus problem & solution)

He was pretty caught up in it and clearly not alone in his criminal activities. It seems like gambling. Your behavior is compulsive. He was being protected. You don't miss millions of dollars or overlook so many dubious things . Alex may be a patsy. Sure he's guilty but the amount of cash and circumstances don't add up. I don't buy the opiate addiction but think drugs are huge part of this saga. I bet Murdough is mayor of the cell block. He's a good old boy ,He's a big fish in a little pond. He's a jailhouse lawyer. Well, If Alex and/or Buster know who pulled the trigger, but chose to take life in prison rather than giving up the true killer, they're more stupid than I imagined. Further, If Buster thinks the killer is still out there, why in HELL isn't he making it his life's mission to find that person and bring them to justice. He hasn't. He's done nothing to find the killer. That tells me that he knows his Father did it. If I knew the killer were still out there, I wouldn't care about my safety. I would get justice for my Mother and Brother. Alex Murdaugh killed Maggie and Paul. No question.

Agreed it makes no sense, emotionally, that a Father would kill his son. But, it would for a psychopath. If Alex didn’t kill them - & he was with Paul & Maggie 5 min bf they were murdered - then who killed them? Who had the motive? The only person who would benefit was Alex. I'd say Buster knows Alex did it but still can't stand up to his dad after a life of not questioning his overbearing direction. Buster had a great childhood I am sure he left home with no complaints and to see I'd say every Murdaugh sibling back away from Alex has left him feeling like it is his responsibility to stay. We kind of saw from the jail calls how Alex says how it is and buster can become a bit flustered. The interview was something Alex set up for his son and it was simply easier to go along with it as he always has. Easier also in the same way this stance holds off the media somewhat by denying them the "better" interview which would mean delving into the details of living with a parent like Alex, parents relationship, and when he knew he was guilty, perhaps uncovering uncomfortable truths in that perfect childhood that were not what they seemed at the time when put under any level of scrutiny. I have also long wondered about Buster's feelings toward Paul and whether he at least believed Paul had brought it upon himself.

Buster serves as the "golden boy" in this horribly dysfunctional family. He makes family appear normal and great. Paul😢was the "scapegoat" and "truth teller". They enabled him like hell to be an alcoholic and out of control, and then they blame all the family problems on him. Also, his daddy said he was like the f b I. He was afraid he was gonna tell the truth. It's a God thing, that Paul, the truth teller, told the truth with that dog video and busted his dad posthumously in spite of all he tried to do.😅 Way to go, Paul! 🙏 Buster is in DENIAL- Don't Even No Im Lying. These families always cut you out of the will, discard you for telling the truth, not towing the line. I think buster is also a psychopath like Daddy.

He's like the dad that shows up at the PTA meeting waiting to scratch your back to whatever you need, donate money -because he's a "good guy... A good ole boy" until he will need help from the community... And boy has he been stacking up community and family prominence points, because now... He has split his community after he did these murders. It was too much of a shock to believe.. but not uncommon which is why a majority of us believed that he did it!
