@@garypuckettmuse You're incorrect. Mark Tinsley actually talked about his cancer and having his chemo treatment in Florida, during this very testimony, in this video. He discusses it beginning at 30:10 to 30:40. A big aspect of being a juror, is to listen carefully to witnesses testimonies on the witness stand, and pay close attention, so as to be able to make good decisions, after considering all the facts. John Tiller, who was the attorney representing Progressive in the boat crash case, and also a good friend of Mr. Tinsley also had cancer during this trial, Pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately he died from it, before the case could be settled. Mark Tinsley's cancer has responded to chemo treatment very well, and he is doing pretty good now. So, actually, if you are ever on a jury, be sure and pay a little better attention, and know the facts, and try to make a good decision, instead of making totally untrue statements while admonishing the public, of being uninformed. You got that backwards this time.

Mr. Tinsley reminds me of an attorney in Kentucky that was hired on behalf of my children by their stepmom. Their dad died in an automobile accident caused by a truck driver waving him across a busy highway. I initially thought he was just an ambulance chaser, however he turned out to be a very caring person and really wanted the best for my kids. Of course, the bigger the settlement, the bigger his fee, but he would have got nothing if they lost the case. At our deposition he stood his ground against the attorney representing the trucking line, and even missed his flight just to stay and have dinner with and get to know the kids better. Sweet man

@@carlitosortiz2870 You shouldn't have said something so trashy if you didn't want feedback on that. If the "assistance" you were providing could have an outcome like this, everyone's delighted that you don't give it out anymore.

@@thedacardea416 this is constructive advise, here is an example, i'm on a one way 3 lane street, an elderly person is standing at the middle of the Block to cross, she's at the left lane so I stop to let her cross even though she should be crossing at the corner, she starts to cross and doesn't look to see if the vehicles that are using the middle or far right lane are going to also stop, so let's say a car comes down the middle or right lane and doesn't stop, because they are not anticipating somebody crossing in the middle of the block, and hits the lady, I basically caused the accident by stopping to let the iady cross, so what I'm saying is when in traffic keep going and don't stop unless there is a red or yellow traffic light or a stop sign.....for everything else just keep riding.....you need to to take a chill pill and stop trying to feel other people's thoughts.

No “second chances.” I mean, that’s the problem this family is now dealing with to the extreme, isn’t it? A plethora of “second chances” and eternal favors due to “greased palms” has led this family right to this very place. Just for argument’s sake, let’s say Alex didn’t murder his family, they’re still here due to all the aforementioned.

A prime example of a fine lawyer. These are hard to find. They are few and far between. It's a shame anyone has to suffer and go through hardships because their attorney doesn't do their jobs. What they took a oath to uphold.

The smug smirk on Alex’s face while Mr. Tinsely recalls the confrontation at the law conference is unbelievable. That’s the face of a man that has ALWAYS gotten what he wants, ALWAYS gets away with what he does, and has zero respect for others. If you’ve been following this case, then you know it doesn’t take a smug smirk to tell you that about him, but what it does tell me is that even in the face of potential life in prison, he can’t help himself but to flaunt his grandiose attitude. I’m not exaggerating, that was reminiscent of monster trial behavior. Unreal!

Yah, I noticed that too. Alex had a proud moment there, puffing out his chest like the entitled power weilding bully he is. Clear as day, also - with that look - that Alex not only remembers, but relishes that moment of confrontation w/Tinsley. HOWEVER...coward that Murdoch is, he has flatly denied that confrontation ever took place. 🥴
