1:00:03 the difference is that these witnesses are testifying about the time period around a murder…..asking me to remember some random morning twenty years ago is not the same as someone testifying about what they remember when someone they loved went “missing”……and it doesn’t matter if someone was 8 or 10 or 70 or 80…it’s THEIR memory….someone memory is not right or wrong- it is what it is…what those memories are matter only if they make it negative or positive……I’m not talking about whether it was sunny or raining or morning or nighttime-those are facts that can’t be argued….but the way someone remembers an event is how they remember it- and I think for the jury there will,certainly be more leeway with testimony that refers to events from 20 years ago….but that also applies to the Defendant and her testimony-if there is any.
@prokastinatore7 ай бұрын
I guess that Christopher McMillan was the key witness because he does not have anything to lose. He already confessed to his part and was convicted of 2nd degree murder. So with his statement he only could reduce his sentence at that's okay for me . Because he helped the court to detect who was behind of this horrible crime.
