I like it. But even better... If Linda really did believe that Gurly has super powers... Let's go with my idea. Gurly didn't actually die. She walked out of that dessert. Gurly has allowed these two to pay for what they *attempted* to do. She is alive and well. Living under a different identity. Or better yet... She was *transported* via her ability to shape shift.

I watched this trial on CourtTV as it occurred, and every day brought the most jaw-dropping, wild-eyed testimony of aliens and mind control and nutso conspiracies. But when that grinning little pencil-necked creep took the stand, it became a horrific circus of the damned as he postured and bragged. He had made a sweet deal and was brazenly gaming the system. When he tormented Girly's family with the knowledge they could never find her body to give her spirit peace, I wanted to climb through the screen and strangle him myself! I put it all on tape to show it my husband because it was so unbelievable.

I remember this case murder of this evil man from years ago from other reporters and sources. At the time when they reported this case they had never mentioned his real name before he changed it to a strange name just like him. It just shows that deep inside he doesn’t even like who he was probably his family too, all his new persona he was trying to show to others, including lying on his documents to be accepted to university was fake thinking he would be accepted more. If he got a therapy as a child probably he wouldn’t be as evil. Thank you for exposing more of the truth about this evil man life.

Here's my issue with Henning's defense. If Hossencofft admitted to spreading Linda's blood all over the apartment and the prosecutors claim there was a struggle that accounts for the presence of her blood, shouldn't there have been evidence of wounds on Linda? Where were the photos showing Linda Henning was injured around that time? I mean, she's clearly got psychological issues, but that aside, just from a legal and evidentiary standpoint, the absence of wounds on the defendant's body with that much blood spread around the crime scene would give me pause as a juror and would be worth investigating if I'm the defense counsel.
@Ks-hw9cn Жыл бұрын
Depends on how long after the murder she was questioned I guess 🤷♀️
@AMunoz-rh9cz Жыл бұрын
Wounds are common on defendants but far from routine. Absence of any on an assailant is common. Even lack of blood splatter on a killer is common. It occurs or not depending on weapon, position of the assailant during the crime, specific weapon used and, most of all, wound location. One deep wound in the neck area puts the victim out fast, among other possibilities. Detectives always hope to find these indications but it is far from a sure thing. Unfortunately. I do wish we had a system like some countries have in which jurors are allowed to ask questions and that a conviction can occur with 10 or 11 votes. Too many highly intelligent dangerous defendants walk or succeed in causing a mistrial due to one hold out juror.

Injuries on assailants are far from routine. That cannot be used as the only reason to acquit a defendant. Sample scenario: One of them knocks her out from behind with a crowbar and holds her still in case she regains consciousness. The other one stabs her in the neck in a major artery. Both assailants wear heavy leather garden gloves. This victim was a small woman unable to mount much of a defense, particularly to a blitz attack.
