You cannot compare other people's testimony. wth. Answer this, if their Father abused them, and they killed him, that's one thing, but why kill their Mother??? She didn't abuse them! These guys wanted money, that's why the mother died & the Father too. They were old enough to move out and deal with things differently IF their story is true.

@@happytimes1149 that's just wrong. The audio from the jail NEVER contradicted any of the abuse - in contrary! Watching the truth panel assist to disseminate their testimonies; and I believe they a mostly telling the truth. Maybe not about being in eminent danger, but definitely needed to do something to stop the r**e of Erik. Living with SA abuse, bullying, and a crazy mother, for years and years, is reason enough to cause tremendous fear and anger; which understandably resulted in a climactic reaction.

They’re not cold-blooded killers who murdered for money! That’s the most stupid thing I’ve heard! Just watching them on the stand shows they’re telling the truth. Many witnesses testified about how the crazy parents were. So how did the judge and jury miss this??? Did they have polygraphs back then? It seems like so many people were against them-what a shame. As if they hadn’t already been through enough hell. Their father had threatened to kill them, and they knew he always followed through on his word. No matter where they went, he would find them and they were only 18 and 21. Come on? Where is your common sense?? - Set them free!! (If I were the judge, I would have given them a 15-year sentence, no more!)

While I understand the complexity of the Menendez Brothers' case and the history of abuse they suffered at the hands of their parents, I believe the law must be upheld. The brutal murder of two people, regardless of their actions, cannot be justified. The brothers were adults at the time of the crime, and their actions were premeditated and calculated. The fact that they went to great lengths to ensure their mother's death, including acquiring additional BULLETS, demonstrates a clear understanding of their actions. As someone who has personally experienced abuse, I empathize with the brothers' suffering. However, I also recognize that murder is a severe crime that cannot be excused. The jury has delivered their verdict, and it's essential to respect the legal process. Allowing the brothers to go free would undermine the justice system and diminish the value of human life. While rehabilitation and restorative justice have their place, in this case, I believe the Menendez Brothers should remain in jail. Their actions were heinous, and they must face the consequences. It's crucial to acknowledge the nuances of the case while upholding the law and honoring the memories of the victims. ps... The brothers "THOUGHT" the parents were going to kill them first, there was NO CREDIBILITY OR CONCRETE EVIDENCE OF THIS; just hearsay.

Very few people are saying they shouldn’t have gone to prison at all. The abuse wasn’t considered in their second trial and as it wasn’t understood at the time it wasn’t treated as a mitigating factor as much as it should have been. The sentences were too harsh given the mitigation.

You’re delusion. I bet you don’t know how to use the 2 active brain cells you have. Learn, read, investigate, research, take your blinders off or maybe your don’t know how to do any of that. l

Why don't you stop posting the same hateful comments on all their videos and educate yourself??? I see you literally everywhere and people tell you your facts are wrong and try to inform you and yet you keep posting the same ignorant repetitive bs. Lyle had already moved out!! Just stop dude. It's getting pathetic and embarrassing for you

1:20:00 THATS where he decides to cry without tears!?? Idk.. i was rooting for these guys but then realized.. I dont think I ever watched their FULL testimonies. Wow. I honestly do not believe him lol. Surely, they had rough parents.. but.. I think some of these are made up stories. Also think there's a lot more, deeper, occultic side to the family/father. Very intrigued tho. I wanna know more!

Lyle was shown a picture of his dead parents and no emotion… The hatred for his parents is shown …but his hatred was not big enough to leave and never return for the money.. He can recount from a young child but not the murders… His interviews are sad he is still living in that moment he is not ready to be release he is a danger to the community
