@@Calmchoasa I honestly can't say I agree or disagree with the verdict, the reason being is because I wasn't in that courtroom and I didn't hear or see all the evidence. I agree. The prosecution sucked in this trial. The state should have waited to bring charges and got more evidence. Sometimes it's better to not rush to a grand jury. It seems to me there are a lot of people that don't understand how the system works. The system worked just as it was created to work in this case. This case was a prime example. It is not a defendant's place to prove or disprove anything in court. It is their job to create reasonable doubt and that reasonable doubt doesn't have to be based on facts or even be the truth.

@@cherylliston3284 listen to Judge Perry, she could say she did it , how she did it, when she did it and why and not be charged. It's a law called Double Jeopardy. No she can't be charged with anything with the death of Caylee.

I will never believe anything she has to say! How she got away with murder is beyond me! Many things stand out to me, as I was also glued to the TV daily, to follow the trial....Dr. G, medical examiner, made a statement that said something to the effect of . That speaks murder to me! That was profound for me then, and it is profound now. That poor beautiful child was murdered, IMHO.

A village of 12 idiots let her go. They couldn't find what actually killed poor Caylee because of decomposition. Maybe it's all circumstantial but Casey did have motive. She never told who was the father of that baby either.

I can’t even wrap my head around how someone can do this to their own child, any child. My granddaughter is 3 and her mother would die if something happened to her and so would I. The love we have for her is almost too much to bare. How can anyone defend her? Psychopathy must be eradicated.

@Tara Mcgavan yup. To me she has borderline personality disorder. She is manipulative, makes up false abuse allegations, and it seems that it is all about her. People like her fear no consequences because she has been bailed out from all of them. Even when she was in jail, she acted like that baby wasn't hers.
