Father passed away - not a word from her. Family in distress - not a word from her but somehow the family knew about the bus ticket. The authorities spent thousands of man hours looking and reviewing tips and videos - not a word from her. Many volunteers took their time to search. ALL monies in the still active GoFundMe campaign must be returned to all the donors immediately. They are also now asking money to pay funeral for the father and their travel and legal expenses to go to Mexico. Why do they need to travel to Mexico? Use video chat on the new phones purchased. As of 12 December they have closed the GoFundMe page BUT told all who donated they only have until 18 December to ASK for their donation back! All who donated should be given money back without them having to ask for it and then only given six days. This whole thing was a sham. She was not missing at all in the end. She had already planned and went to meet a man in Mexico. Anyone who does these types of actions should be a criminal offense and be made to pay for the expense of the search.

Toxic family tried to make a big deal to guilt her into returning. When it didn’t work, unstable father acted on his last bit of control he had on her and now everyone can blame her. When all that went down, she got out of the country to make it harder to prosecute and family milked it to pay for dad’s funeral and whatnot. I just made a comment in connection to yours (far different points, but I’ll stop in and say hello) The dad that “was missing…” Wasn’t he technically VOLUNTARY… as well? I realize he was married, family life entirely different, but from an objective, legal perspective… look at how the “investigation” started, unfolded and then ENDED… both cases used mass amounts of funding and resources… Was Hanna communicating to LE that she was “safe?” No… she was STILL leading them astray… so much that her dad OFFED himself… that seems to be blood ON HER HANDS! All the while “dad who went missing,” is back and now is facing charges for abuse of resources…70k+ for all of the resources used during the investigation… IMO while these 2 cases subjectively are far different… only looking at the elements, from a “voluntarily missing,” perspective… and resources used… SHE SHOULD GET CHARGED ALSO!

She wanted to get away from drama & dysfunction in her family. Especially her father who clearly had some major mental heath issues that had nothing to do w/ Hannah. She was already estranged from him for a reason. Her family KNEW early on in this investigation that she was not in danger yet they chose to control the narrative & deceive the public. Tijuana is one of the most dangerous cities in Mexico. An islander from Hawaii would never choose Tijuana as a tourist destination, unless there is a personal connection. Once you are in Mexico you get a stamp in your passport that tells you how long you can stay there. She exceeds that date, she can be put in jail. We will know soon if she comes back. She definitely was not scammed from her id if she had a passport, and she definitely has funds o stay in Mexico, unless someone is paying for her expenses. I myself being from Mexico only cross the border and hey the CBX because it leads straight to the TIJUANA airport but would be afraid to be in the streets, where women are usually harassed and disrespected. I hope she knows what she is doing.

lol. I lived in Hawaii for ten years and visited Tijuana and the Baja area. I also have other local friends from Hawaii who did the same. It’s a convenient city to visit if you wanna spend time in California on vacation as well. It’s not as dangerous as you think. I felt safer there than Kalihi or china town 😂😂
