@@phillipmartinez9232 I know of an inmate that was convicted/sentenced by a judge, whom would go on to that state’s court of appeals. That judge would ultimately be assigned the appeals case and it was dismissed as one would imagine. However, that’s not where this ends. It would take a few more years but eventually that appeals case would make its way to the state’s supreme court… where that very same judge had now ended up. Needless to say, that appeal case died there and the judge never recused themselves, so the case never really did get a fresh pair of eyes. Loopholes in the justice system I call it.

It’s about as disturbing and embarrassing and cringeworthy as someone getting up on the stand, pulling down their pants and defecating for all to see! And we all know there are certain brands of evil that enjoy soiling themselves and others’ belongings a’la Amber Turd. Watching Sarah Suitcase Booze get up on the stand and try to air everyone’s dirty laundry under the guise of forgiveness was nothing short of childish, petulant, disgraceful, basically a passive aggressive temper tantrum for the jury and life not going as she wanted. It was like watching the exorcist movie where the girl slips into her demon form and you see the demon through the girl and hear the demon speak…it felt like that to me. A big slip of the not very well made mask SB tried to use this entire trial. And after she got off the stand and had to listen to the prosecution pick her apart, her face was scrunching up and her shoulders were spazzing out…they do say these demons live among us. There is something so evil about Sarah, that I do think she lowkey planned to kill Jorge and took an opportunity where she thought it wouldn’t be on her and she’d be able to FINALLY tell her ‘truth’ for all to hear…sophisticated manipulative crackpot capable of murder by one of the most awful means we can think of. She needs to be studied because this woman is a freak show of true evil

Here we go again blaming him for the evil act. she commented. It's his fault, not hers she's innocent. she didn't include her actions by whooping his azz in all this.

As much as I am appalled by the statement this woman made, are we really surprised? She should have got down on her knees and begged for forgiveness, but instead made it all about herself. She is not sorry for what she did to Jorge, she’s not sorry for the pain she caused his family, and she’s not sorry for the impact on her own son. Sarah is only sorry for herself

I am not surprised at all. She can say whatever she wants to. She can write her letters until the end of time. It's over.

You have got to be kidding me. Sarah's self-centeredness never ceases to amaze me. Her fragile ego cannot cope with doing any real interspection. True inner-work requires humility. People like Sarah Boone can't stand the mere thought of showing humility bc it crumbles their sense of worth. It's only them. They can't let go and submit to anything that's not them; for nothing exists beyond them and their feelings. It's always the fault of someone else: "Me, me, me, my, I, my wounds, my victimization. Myself and I hope you all lay awake and wonder what you could have done to help ME. But because I'm such a great person, I forgive you for not doing ME right." The devil is a liar.

Her narcissistic tendencies prevented her from taking it. She thinks that she's smarter than everyone else.

I love how he said it so sternly, vigorously, and deliberate without any comments before delivering her sentence. On to the the appeals process!

Both of these sentencing cases today were preventable if only alcohol wasn't involved these victims families would not have to go through the life changing heartbreaking events.
