@MissSpazАй бұрын
As someone who was in a severely abusive relationship... like. No. This is an impossibility. When you're actually in an extremely abusive relationship, you don't start insulting and antagonizing your abuser because he's in a suitcase. You open that suitcase the MOMENT he asks you too, lest he gets angry at you for taking too long. It's not even something you think about, you do it automatically, because anything else would make him angry. The only time I ever felt comfortable saying anything angry to my abuser was over the phone, with many miles between us. If Sarah really was a battered "spouse", it would've been the same. Another thing. Jorge was not the same height and weight as Sarah. He was 5'1" and 102, the woman who did the autopsy confirmed that. She's 5'3" and if you saw her, you'd know she was more than 98 pounds, 98 pounds is honestly kindof a joke. I'd say she was atleast 120. So she has 2 inches and 20 pounds on him. I honestly didn't realize how small Jorge was, because now all the domestic violence incidents feel alot different. I really think they were evenly matched, there's no way she was this quaking victim being pummeled and unable to defend herself, like she says. They were very much evenly matched.
@glamdolly30Ай бұрын
@@MissSpaz Agreed Sarah Boone was likely taller and heavier than Jorge at the time of the murder. He was an unusually small guy. Police bodycam shows she had a classic skinny alcoholic's body back then - thin arms and legs, but a bloated drunk's belly. Of course she was much smaller back then than today - she's put on a hell of a lot of lard during 4 years in custody. She obviously replaced the booze behind bars with Pop Tarts!
@saralyinn0519Ай бұрын
@@MissSpaz I agree. Nor would you dare speak to the abuser or taunt him, the way she did. Or go to bed, believing he could get out of the suitcase. The other thing, though... she did say she was 98 pounds at the time of the incident (which I do not believe either) . The extra weight came after her incarceration.

@@Tammy_26IrwinI think the reason we are so hard on her is that she got up there and blamed Jorge for his death, a death she caused. Agreed!! She had to have been in a drunken blackout during the whole suitcase ordeal. She sounded sloppy drunk in the videos she took! She doesn’t remember a single bit of everything that happened. Not zipping him up, not hitting him with the bat, not tilting and flipping the suitcase all over the place, not taking photos or videos. People in blackouts frequently just go crash in their bed eventually, and I’m sure that’s what Sarah did, likely not even remembering going to bed! Brian continued to enable Sarah’s behavior after their divorce. He could have easily got sole physical and legal custody and then maybe Sarah might have cared enough to go to rehab and try to get sober. I do hope she gets a fair trial and the jury was honest about their ability to do so. With that being said, just based on only what has been shown in court, this does not look good for her whatsoever. She should have taken the deal. I actually think the deal is a fair sentence because I don't believe she intended to end his life, but she is very unlikable and this doesn't look good at all. She's contradicting herself all over the place. She says his tone changed after being in the suitcase for 11 minutes. But in the video from her phone you can hear him struggling to breathe already. There's no way he was able to yell at her. And of course there's her comment about leaving him and going to bed thinking he would get out. You wouldn't go to sleep if you were in fear for your life. She says it was a joke to zip him in the suitcase but then says she wanted to teach him a lesson. She says she was always afraid but then g hits him with a bat. They were having a great day but we're supposed to believe it was so bad he was going to end her. None of what she says makes sense.
@JanetSmith90023 күн бұрын
I also think she was present when Jorge stopped moving. At around 49:00 she admits he was still upside down when she turned it over because "it wasn't happening anymore." He couldn't poke his hand out if he was upside down, and he was already dead when she turned the suitcase over. (I'm my opinion.)
